I wouldn't judge a book by its cover. Yes, when looking at Belly Love from the outside, you'd think it was some run down place. But when you actually get inside and are taken back to where your going to have your service or services, it's completely different. I really enjoyed both my 60 minute prenatal massage and 60 minute facial with Larisa. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I've had a few prenatal massages before and this has been the best one yet. Besides the extractions being somewhat painful for a few minutes, the facial ended up feeling rejuvenating. Both services were done in the same room, which made it great as I didn't have to get up and switch rooms. The one downside is that the room I was getting my massage and facial in, was close to the girls at the front desk. A few times during my appointment, I was able to clearly hear their conversations with other guests. But as my prenatal massage and facial were wonderful with Larisa, I'll be sure to make another appointment before I deliver. Just keep in mind, this isn't a fancy spa. There aren't any locker rooms so you won't be offered any robes or slippers. read more

Trying to actually get an appointment for a 3D ultrasound is extremely difficult. I try to frequent family owned businesses, but this family's priority is not the customer. I already paid for an appointment, but can't reach anyone to speak with regarding actually getting the images captured. The spa smells like nail polish remover which isn't safe for pregnancy. I originally wanted this appointment because my father has terminal cancer. Just extremely disappointed by the experience we've had which is unfortunate during this joyful time read more

This spa is just amazing. The owner, Natasha made me feel welcome and at home from the moment I met her (at the beginning of my pregnancy). I got an airbrush tan for my wedding (i was newly pregnant) and it came out flawless. It didn't look orange at all, totally natural and looked fabulous in pictures! I still use her now for tans when I have an event to go to because I love that her formula is safe and looks good. I would highly recommend this spa! read more

What a special experience! Truly as good as it gets. Had a 3D/4D ultrasound today, and it was amazing. From the sweet accommodating reception (I was late due to traffic) to the spacious cozy US room with a comfy couch for husband, it was like watching the most interesting movie ever. And of course I was absolutely smitten with the technician Carly, nice, professional, knowledgeable. She even gave me more time than I paid for to make sure we got the image we wanted. You guys absolutely made my day. The package included images, a video, and a stuffed animal of my choice with a recorded heartbeat of my baby in a cute little heart thingy on batteries. Can't wait to try more of their services, for example, prenatal massage. Also, highly recommend to check out the clothes on sale at the reception room. I had an induction massage on July 10th with Deanna and went into labor on July 11th! The massage was very relaxing and even if it wasn't the cause of my labor, it was still a great experience. She used acupressure as well as clary sage essential oils during the massage. Deanna is fantastic and she will talk to you during the massage if you want or is happy to just let you close your eyes and drift off. Highly recommend Belly Love for all expectant moms! read more

First time I went, I tried their hot stone massage and it was just wonderful. I got a gift certificate for me and fiancé to do the 4D ultrasound. Great place for a little prenatal pampering. Had a wonderful and intense (I asked for it) massage with Tatiana (I hope that was her name - prego brain). It was fantastic. My only complaint was that I could hear voices in the hallway - chatting and it was a little distracting for me. This is a great place! I got a prenatal massage, I'm 18 weeks and just wanted some relaxation and I definitely got it here. The atmosphere is relaxing. The receptionist is very welcoming and pleasant. My masseuse was amazing, wish I remember her name to recommend her but I'm sure they're all great. The room itself was very relaxing in temperature, lighting and music. My masseuse offered to adjust the lighting, temperature and music which is a great option although everything was already perfect enough for me. I was very very comfortable I caught myself dozing off a few times. Belly Love is just what you want from a pregnancy spa! I walked in and was immediately impressed with how comfortable they made me feel as well as with the beautiful design. They have this great room for ultrasound where everyone can see what's going on. You're not squeezed into a tiny space like at the doctor's office. Their pedicure area is private and relaxing and I've heard their prenatal massage is great (I haven't had one myself but several students have reported back good reviews). Loved my spa experience at Belly Love. Kristen gave a wonderful massage addressing all the areas I needed to work on and giving just the right pressure where it needed. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was attentive and patient. A week later I still have my beautiful mani&pedi. I came tense and worried and left relaxed and happy. That's what I call the real spa experience. My only suggestion is to have a sauna or steam room and a room to hang out between the procedures and relax. Is this place even still open? I've been trying to call during their new recommended businesses hours and can't get in touch with anyone. I've checked their social media pages and no one has posted since the beginning of May. I've even tried emailing them with no response. The one time I did get in touch with someone, it was a male employee who was a little rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Someone please let me know! I went there during my first pregnancy and had the best massages with Amy & Silvia and want to come back. I also was told to go to Nicole for a 3D/4D Ultrasound because she is the best that they have. I haven't heard anything good about the other/new sonographers, unfortunately. I highly recommend belly love for all your pampering and relaxation needs!! I always leave with the biggest smile :)! This spa is staffed with the most patient kind and amazing people, I get my 3D/4D done by Nichole she makes me feel so comfortable it's never rushed and she covers every angle of the baby. Leslie does my Facials, when I first came in my face was breaking out from pregnancy hormones BAD!!! She gave me a mini peel and placenta mask and my face immediately claimed down and I felt like I had some sort of control over my face again, it was amazing she defiantly knows what she's doing! And Ashley does my (medi pedis) my fingers and toes look amazing! It's like going to a salon but 10 times more relaxing and just as good, I had great conversation with Ashley and the room wasnt surrounded with strong toxin smells, it was soooo relaxing I can't stress how superb this place is!! Not professional, horrible experience. I made an appointment for a pedicure. When I got there the lady was 15 minutes late to start. I happen to be in a rush that day so I wasn't able to fully enjoy my experience. When I checked out the receptionist told me my total is $60 for a pedicure. $60 for a pedicure? That's outrageous.. This is not the red door spa nor do they offer the same quality. I was there about a month ago and I got a pedicure and a manicure and it was $45 total. I told the receptionist $60 for a pedicure is ridiculous and her response was that the prices were online. They should've had an appropriate sign that said their effective date of the new price change on the desk. If I knew I would be paying $60 for a normal pedicure I would've never went there in the first place. A standard pedicure is $25-$30 max else where. I don't know how you get away with charging your client $60 for a standard pedicure. I definitely will not be going back. The lady at the desk was rude when I had a problem with the price. You think she would be accommodating and apologize. I was going to go back there for additional services but now I'm gonna go elsewhere. It's not about the money it's about being ripped off and not being notified their prices have changed. No wonder this place is always empty. read more

First prenatal massage I've received. I have to say that I was pretty disappointed. I've had a lot of massages in the past and this was mediocre at best. Being that this was my first visit to Belly love, I was given 20% off any service. The lady on the phone was nice and explained the two options for their prenatal massages. 60 and 90 minutes. I chose the 90 minutes due to the sciatic pain I have been experiencing this pregnancy. The place is beautiful. The room was cold, but nice and clean. The massage was ok. I kept on asking for more firm pressure. My massage therapist was Alex. Very sweet girl, but seemed inexperienced. To my surprise we finished in an hour. I didn't say anything because I was happy it was finished because it wasn't exactly the type of pressure I was looking for. One of the downfalls of this place is that they offer other services and I wouldn't mind, however clients that were receiving other services were loud and the walls are paper thin there. During a massage it should be a relaxing environment, not a place with loud chatting and laughing. Total I paid $90 and I probably won't be going back. read more
