I am ready to switch all my scripts to the Odessa location. Last few times in drive thru, was told to come back in 2 hours. 3 hours later, still not filled. Unreal! Matthew, the pharmacist is great, but it clearly is too busy here to get meds timely. My meds were sent yesterday morning by the doctor and are still not ready today. Grrr.

But after needing medication here recently I felt the what others wrote about. They charged me a copay but that day I was too sick to think about it and I knew they had my primary and secondary Insurance information so I believed it was right. ACouple days later when I felt better I revisited the issue, called my Insurance to inquire and found out that the RX was not even submitted to my secondary. The answer to that question from the pharmacy was that they can only do what the computer lets them and they could not submit it any other way. That happened again a couple days later when my medication had to be changed. They will not work with you and they make you feel you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe it's just that pharmacy location, I hope so, like I said I always thought Publix very customer oriented. Very frustrating

They are right next to my doctor so it is very convenient. I wish they had the ability to call you when a prescription is ready to remind you to pick it up period with 5 people getting prescriptions in my family it would be nice to have a phone call as a reminder when they have filled it. That's the only reason for four stars, everything else is great.
