That evening, when my son took a shower and washed out the product, we discovered a huge chunk of his bangs were missing. Everyone makes mistakes, but to cover it up and then take our money, and a tip was unprofessional and unethical beyond belief. When we went back in the next day to show the owner, he gave us a card for a free haircut... sorry, but we won't be using it.
