Everyone makes mistakes, but to cover it up and then take our money, and a tip was unprofessional and unethical beyond belief. My son and I signed in as instructed from the owner himself and sat down. 2 hours later, thinking we must be next, we see more people coming in and never waiting. I get that appointments take priority, but at least explain this to walk in customers instead of wasting their time and your potential future business. For every closed door another opens. This is a perfect example of that. We met Ed here at Southport barber shop a few years back and would never go anywhere else. Ed is phenomenal. He's great with kids, friendly, social and reliable. Thank you Ed for all you're hard work.
