Took my teenage son for a haircut with Justin at the end of January before a special event. We'd used him in the past with good luck. We left with a style that had a lot of gel in it but it seemed fine so we paid and left a tip. That evening, when my son took a shower and washed out the product, we discovered a huge chunk of his bangs were missing. Everyone makes mistakes, but to cover it up and then take our money, and a tip was unprofessional and unethical beyond belief. When we went back in the next day to show the owner, he gave us a card for a free haircut... sorry, but we won't be using it. Legends Barber Shop is a new shop near County Line but has decades of experience. I had to follow the owner David Martinez from Chad's. It's a little further for me but well worth the drive. Dave has been cutting my kiddos hair for years. I can't speak personally for the new guys but knowing Dave's expectations, I'm sure they're great with kids too. Not to say that this place is child's play. I've seen the sharpest of lines and cleanest of fades come out of the doors. The shop is super clean and decorated nicely. In fact, while I was there one of the guys saw a spot on the floor and got right to it. (pics included). When I was there all the chairs were filled and people waiting. You can make an appointment right through the Yelp app, call, or walk in. I suggest making an appointment if you have time. The one thing I will say about this Barber Shop that I really can't say about any other shop I've taken my son too is that I don't feel uncomfortable here being a girl and bringing the kiddo. It's just friendly, but not too friendly if you get what I'm saying girls. The guys are professional and good at what they do. There's even a video game in the waiting area to play while you wait. Visited June 29th. Signs outside said, "MUST WEAR MASK TO ENTER," but none of the employees inside were wearing masks. My barber tried to shake my hand, and then said I could remove my mask too. Haircut was awful don't know if the dude was new but he shouldn't be cutting hair. Totally gave me the opposite of what I wanted
