Definitely a hidden gem. I went there and had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and it was amazing. The service is always really friendly too.

Let me make this short and simple, I am from NJ and have found my to go place when it comes to east coast style subs! To top it off, I met the owner let him know how happy we were, and he told us to come back for breakfast and try the TAYLOR ham. Belmont Deli and it's owner are both a class act. The sandwiches are wonderful but one stands out as being a unique and wonderful combinations of flavor and that is the Cuban Sandwich. We visited the deli on two of our 5 days stay in Edwards. The Cuban is the winner to be sure! If you are traveling on the I-70, plan your trip to get your lunch here in Edwards- pass all the fast food on the way to a much healthier establishment. One day we picked up our food to go and drove over to the Crazy Mtn. brewery that is right below the Edwards off ramp. Outdoor picnic tables and a taster of beer- add a Cuban sandwich from Belmont and you got it made! Will always be stopping here in the future. read more

Belmont has a wide variety of options and will make a specialized sandwich with any of the ingredient they have. The food is good and the management is friendly and fun to talk to. The food is easy to distinguish from that of large chain restaurants. read more

Such a good sandwich. I ordered the Union which is a ruben with cole slaw instead of sauerkraut. It was so delicious. I ordered a full thinking i would save half but ended up eating the whole thing. The food was hot and the seasoning was great. I also love that they have Zapps potato chips which is great because i thought they were only in the South. We stopped in for lunch while biking the river. The sandwiches were delicious and the coleslaw was peppery and crisp. Loved it.

I have never been disappointed with the vegetable sandwiches. I recommend the D'Tara. The fresh artichokes make that sandwich something special. Service is great and timely. Delicious breakfast sandwiches! I'd recommend the Vito, which has pork roll (a New Jersey treat), and the Juniper. The spinach in the Juniper is cooked, which is a little different, but in a good way. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Currently, Google says they're closed on Fridays, but they're actually open. Also, Google maps mistakenly puts their location over by Larkburger--if you're facing Larkburger, turn around and walk forward about 50 yards (either side of the building is fine, they have an entrance on each) and you'll be there. read more

We live in Grand Junction, about 2 hours from Belmont Deli. Every time we travel anywhere near Edwards we make it a point to eat at the Deli or get something to go. My husband always gets the Empire maker, pastrami on rye. Loves it. My favorite is the Native Dancer BLT. The sandwiches are huge and delicous. Mike, was just as friendly and nice as could be. Had the Cuban sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely not something you should have every day for sure! Husband had the Reuben and it was also very good. This place is awesome. It has definitely become my "go to" spot for breakfast and lunch. It is a small New York style deli that offers both take-out or dine in options. All of Belmont's sandwiches are named after racing horses (which I think is super fun). :) Everything is made right there in house and is tasty and flavorful. I have to go to Belmont every now and then for lunch to get my favorite sandwich, "the Vito", the spicy Italian sandwich... So good. Make sure you ask for it hot! A little pricey, but well worth it considering the deliciousness and the fact that it comes with a small side of pasta salad and a pickle spear. And they carry my favorite chips - Zapp's. The Assault breakfast sandwich is awesome as well. read more

I'm sorry to write such a negative review after not even being able to try their food. Just called at 3:22 pm to order a sandwich to go, yelp says they're open until 5 pm. Apparently they now close at 3 pm. Not that big of a deal, until the guy answering the phone becomes rude, says it's yelp's problem - and when I politely suggest they might want to get times updated and hangs up on me.
