Stopped into the Boardroom Market & Deli today for a quick lunch. Staff was very friendly and the service was wonderful. It's small place with a few tables. You can either order to go or order and then sit at the tables. We all ordered one of their signature sandwiches either as a wraps or on bread. We got chicken salad , tuna salad, chicken Cesar wrap and turkey sandwich. All sandwiches and wraps came with a pickle. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. I had the tuna salad wrap. Tuna salad was good though I have had better. The others were also satisfied woh their sandwiches but nobody was blown away. What this place has going for it. I like Boardwalk. The sandwiches I've had there are great, and the staff has always been nice. The owners are from Maryland and the crab cakes were good. The Riva Ridge Italian, Pepi's Face Meatball and Blue Sky Reuben are all delicious. They have a great variety of drinks and even a small bar! It's a rather small venue, but well worth going. They also have great chips! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and even the staff is so nice! Highly recommend! read more

What a great little local subshop. We had soup, an Italian sub, and a French Dip. Everything came out fast, the food was very good and we loved to sit outside and people-watch. This was a good place for that too. The soup came with some crusty French bread to dip in and we also had a capris salad to share. The weather was great and we enjoyed the nice little town square-style shopping in the area too. Not really a strip mall, nicer than that with an upscale vibe. Shops around the deli were more upscale than normal as were the cars in the parking lot and the people in the deli and on the streets. read more

3.5 of 5 The Boardroom had lots of prepackaged foods & a huge selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 3 or 4 stools at the bar where there were some premium liquors for craft cocktails. It was a casual place with friendly service in a big shopping plaza. We ordered an Italian sub with hot pepper relish. Fresh meats, dry bread, and very messy. Not memorable 3/5. We also got a burrata tomato salad 3/5 for $7. Not much seasoning, but again fresh ingredients. We also got bottles of orange soda and Mexican coke. Got the French Dip. It was a lump of meat with cheese melted over it via a heat lamp. The sandwich was so hot I had to wait five minutes before getting to it. The Aus Jus had no flavor it tasted like water down beef broth. read more

Great food, great service super cute market and deli in Edwards, CO. We stopped on our way to Utah, and the sandwiches were amazing. Husband got the BLT and loved it, and I got the Reuben and it was perfect! Great amount of filling and perfect texture! The staff was lovely too! There were tables for you to sit down and eat there, but you also can take your sandwiches to go before you hit the slopes. The decor is super cool, a mix of surfboards and snowboards. The owner is extremely hospitable and the food is always amazing. Highly recommend, I try to go weekly. Being from the east coast it's hard to find a deli that's close to that style and this is closest that I've found in the area. Their gluten free bread is top tier too. Highly recommend. read more

My sandwich (their version of the club) was so obviously made with tender loving care of fresh sliced high end meats and cheese. Brad the bartender was extremely professional while also being super down to earth and approachable. Too bad I'm only visiting or I'd be down here weekly! We have been wanting the try this place for awhile and it's amazing! The server was very helpful and charismatic! The server had a crafted cocktail he had created, we tried, and it was tasty and refreshing! We ordered the Baldy and the French Dip, both sandwiches were tasty, but the French dip was one of the best I've ever had. Second visit, we went for the French dip again, consistency is on point, thick with meat, perfectly cooked and fresh ingredients. The second sandwich we tried was the meatball and it was super yummy, homemade and cheesy! My lawd, it was great! I didn't write a review at first until I saw they had 3.5 stars and because someone decided to give them 1 star due to their protection against Covid-19. They stated that they didn't even try the food which is sad. If you're that concerned with your safety, you should probably stay at home rather than soil a new restaurant's reputation that you have never tried. Please disregard that review cause this place is awesome!!! They could perhaps work on packaging, my au jus always spills through the holes and rips the bag haha, but hey try it out!!! read more

We had a very good experience at Boardroom Market and Deli for a quick lunch after a morning of hiking. We had the tuna sandwich, veggie sandwich and Caesar salad. All were terrific. The order taker is very enthusiastic and helpful. The staff really makes you feel welcomed and glad that you stopped in. Service is touchless using a card reader on the customer's side of the counter. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was made quickly but clearly with care. Both sandwiches were packed with great ingredients. No skimping here. Highly recommended for a quality lunch. read more

I placed a catering order through Brad and it was such a seamless process. He had my 17 sandwiches all labeled with chips and sodas all ready by 7:45 AM. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. I cannot recommend this deli enough! We stopped in as a half-way point from Denver to Aspen and it was the perfect little town to eat, stretch, and then hop back on the road. read more

Wow, very impressed with this sweet little sandwich stop in Edwards! So glad we stopped here on our way through from Denver to Moab. I love it when I find a great place that I want to remember to stop at again when passing through. I don't remember the official names of sandwiches off the menu but I ordered the crab cake sandwich on gluten free bread - seriously so good! The bread was actually soft and delicious. My hubby got the Reuben sandwich and said it was better than the one he gets at his favorite deli! Our two teenage boys got the spicy chicken wrap and they said it was very good. I love that they also have caprese salad and dolmas cold-case deli style. Excited about the other options on the menu to try in the future. Only thing is they are a little pricy but most places you get what you pay for. Can't wait to come back! read more

Love this place! I am from the east coast and deli sandwiches do not skimp on the meat, this is true deli style! High quality meets. Also the pickle that comes with sandwiches are top notch.. (also east coast deli like) The Ruben equivalent is amazing, I never order anything else gorgeous homemade slaw. Only down side here is the GF Ruben has small bread, they really should use 4 slices to make 2 halves. read more

The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy with just the right amount of Parmesan, and my wife's Reuben was loaded with flavor. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. After our meals were delivered, our server rarely checked back. We were never asked if we wanted another drink, and our water glasses sat empty long enough that we finally had to ask another server for refills. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't the level of service you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. One thing to know before you go--the prices are on the higher side. My burger and Parmesan fries were around $33, so this isn't your average burger joint. That said, the quality of the food helps justify the price. Overall, the kitchen absolutely delivers, and that's why we'll be back.
