Ana took my X-Rays which I have a terrible gag reflex and she always knows how to mitigate it for me to make it seem less, and I appreciate her so much for it. The ladies at the front desk (when the staff read this their name escapes me I apologize) very inviting and take great care of you when you first walk in. Finally Doctor Hart is very knowledgeable about his craft and able to answer any questions about upcoming procedures, as well as the care you will need following and during the procedure. He was professional, yet warm and I was immediately comfortable. Care quality is overlooked in many cases where the practitioners are good but the practice administrative, customer service, and back office operations create a poor overall service. Hand sanitizer available, masks required, a plexiglass partition at the receptionist and a temperature check. Excellent. My cleaning was excellent. Ashley was gentle and thorough, getting all the usual spots and ensuring my mouth is online and ready for another six months of reviewing restaurants on Yelp. I was also pleased with the dentist's review of Ashley's work and the dental exam she performed. Office staff were great, providing four separate options for replacing a chipped tooth in the back. I'm not sure I'm ready to do that now, but I'm glad to know what it's going to be when it's time. Overall, an excellent experience and I'm glad to have found a new dentist! Immediately these folks tried upselling us on advanced cleanings because we were all diseased, and selling us on Invisalign plans. These advanced cleaning treatments were about $150 per visit and would require multiple visits. After our first visit, spending close to THREE HOURS there, we left, and most of us did not even have a cleaning performed! It was entirely a sales pitch the whole time. Then, I called back to cancel and get a refund because I paid in advance for 3 cleanings for myself. They refused to refund me my money because 'insurance was still processing' and now close to 2 months later I STILL have not been refunded. I don't expect to get even half of my money back. One of my sons needed a cleaning before he leaves the state, so we actually came back for a one-time normal cleaning and they gave him one of the advanced cleanings. This was never made clear or disclosed to me. When I complained about it, they said we had signed a contract, I asked them for a copy, and they could not give me a copy because WE NEVER SIGNED one. The office manager claimed that my wife verbally committed to the advanced cleaning plans, when I know she would not have done that because my son physically won't be here in the state to get the cleanings done.

The dentist I saw was incredibly kind and thorough. She conducted a comprehensive checkup to ensure there were no signs of infection or inflammation, and even ordered a CT scan of my teeth to make sure nothing was missed. After discussing the numbness and its progression, she gently suggested that it might be Bell's Palsy. However, to rule out the very slight chance of a stroke, she advised me to have someone take me to the emergency room immediately. The staff were all extremely kind and professional, and they asked only that I call and update them on my condition after my ER visit. I felt genuinely cared for, and I believe that level of care is the best any industry can offer its customers. Oh and it is Bell's Palsy. I should be right as rain in a few weeks to a few months.

Dr. Godwin was thorough and caring during my new patient exam and the X-Ray tech was gentle and patient with me. After my first visit I had a detailed treatment plan and got lucky and was able to schedule my fillings and cleaning for the following day. Kandiss was my hygienist and was caring and thorough. The assistant to Dr. Godwin ensured that the numbing was complete before I received any shots and for the first time I didn't even feel them. The work Dr. Godwin performed for my filings is amazing. They are perfectly smooth and unnoticeable. Overall I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and efficient office.
