Driving by the front door made me think it was just a nice little office, but if you drive around the back it is full of everything you need. Compared to what most people probably come here for, my need was pretty small: three pieces of plywood each ranging from 4 to 6'. I dragged in an existing piece so I could explain what I was trying to do, and Bryan (almost positive that was his name) took me out back to suggest a few things. Because my toolbox at home is limited to a few screwdrivers, hammer and small hand saw he cut the three boards for me and they were the perfect sizes. I'm fascinated by places that are full of things I don't know anything about, so while he did the cutting I checked out all of the various types/sizes of wood and enjoyed how nice the place smelled. They are jaggered, asymmetrical, shotty looking windows. Not only do they look like shit but they are so jagged that it could hurt or cut someone/my kids lifting or banging into it. I'm now also concerned because of all the negative recent reviews, I'm actually questioning on how well they will work; and if they work anything like they look, I want my money back! I'm not sure why they are even "angled" and not a straight vinyl lift. In all the houses we've owned we never had brand new windows aesthetically look so awful. Since it's the bottom you can't even hide them. My GC/Builder said Harvey would replace, well the "last pic" is the "replacement"???!! I wasn't there, but they "replaced" or was told, one but it literally looks like they took a "buffer/sander" rather than have the angles look either symmetrical and smooth and even which it is not. I am writing on here to see if anyone has had this problem or is this a bad batch or is this literally the quality & cut of the interior sash. Don't expect amazing service if you are a homeowner. These guys generally cater to contractors and don't seem set up to help homeowners doing small and mid-sized projects. I grew up in a family of contractors, and generally know what I am doing, and was frustrated to be looked down on by the guys in the store and have my questions brushed off. The "yard" staff are great and helpful, but the desk staff less so.

The drivers just sit there and look at me, knowing full well that I need to get in and out of my driveway, and they make zero effort to move, for twenty minutes, because they completely lack human consideration. This happens weekly on my street. Also, I turned into their parking lot (near Mass Ave) when I needed to turn my car around, and a worker came out and wildly gestured at me to get out of their parking lot. This company has caused me considerable issues and delays by parking their trucks in front of my house and driveway weekly, while their drivers sneer at me, and then they throw a dramatic fit when I try to turn around in their parking lot.
