He was recommended by my Dentist who i know is a perfectionist so I didn't think twice .unfortunately i had a rare facial tumor and Dr Sultan was able to remove it without any loss of teeth no pain at all and he diagnosed it set up root canals the next morning and did the surgery before the end of the week . It was a pleasure putting my situation in the hands of a professional of such a high caliber. If you ever need an oral surgeon there's only one doctor i would recommend! Thankyou Dr Sultan for everything!!!

As a patient I felt contain all the way, he is easily reachable for any questions, before, during and after surgery (he even text me how I was feeling while I was at the hospital!), he will go the extra mile to make me feel good, he will answer all the questions, and he was crystal clear on what to expect (outcome) from the surgery, whatever he said it would happen....happened! Danielle the front desk assistant is caring and patient, and for RN Alicia, his personal assistant, she is super sweet and efficient. Hmm. I seem to be experiencing a bit of cognitive dissonance based on reading the negative reviews…read moreand what my experience was. I hesitated making an appt with this office because of those negative reviews, but it was one of the very few practices that took my insurance despite dozens of them being on my provider directory which didn't. I was fully prepared to resist any pressure to have extra or "optional" work done other than what I was there for, exam and cleaning and I made it tactfully clear that that was my intention. My first impression, observing for several minutes when I first got there was that it was a very professional well run office. But anyway, the dentist I saw was Dr. Lozada. And the first thing that pops into my head is "Whirling Dervish". Not sure what that is but it seems to fit. And if it doesn't, "dynamo" would be a good substitute. She's packed with as much energy as nuclear fission. In a good way! Very pleasant, efficient and to the point. And based on her approach, comprehensive ACCURATE assessment and conservative watch-and-wait recommendations, one of the very best, probably top two dentists I've ever been to in my seven decades on this planet. Maybe the best, assuming her technical skills match her assessments which I'm guessing they do. But my initial clinical contact was with Renee' (sp?), the assistant. Equally pleasant and efficient. The one possible demerit was the cleaning which only took about ten minutes. Ten minutes?! I suppose maybe it could have been enough but I'll know better the next time I get a cleaning if the next hygienist screams, "You need to do a better job of taking care of your teeth!" The young lady at the front desk, whose name I'm ashamed to say I didn't get, or if I did I've forgotten, which is entirely possible, where was I? Oh right, the front desk lady was VERY personable and helpful. And finally the young lady that mans the "check-out" operations is also very pleasant and very obviously efficient at what she does. So all in all, as you might have guessed, a real pleasant experience and for a dentist practice I think that's saying a lot. I anticipate an equally pleasant experience on my next visit. Good night and have a pleasant tomorrow.

This time around, I was seen immediately. While the X-rays are annoying for me, the young man who did it today (2/28/26) was kind. Dr. Bhokari (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was kind! She saw I was frustrated about what was going on with me gums and reassured me it was okay. Then the dental hygienist, Eltom Carneiro came in. He started off okay. Again, I'm not a big fan of the dentist and I'm already frustrated about the extra work and money I now have to spend. He started working and ask what was wrong. I reply I'm just frustrated about the extra stuff you have to do to my mouth. He replies "it's not my fault." He proceeds with what he needs to do. I'm seeing unfamiliar tools so I'm a little uncomfortable. I grunt a little but I guess he took it personally and under his breath he says "Jesus Christ" and that point I was done. He's like I'm not done and I reply we're done. Going to the dentist is always a not pleasant experience for me. But I'm not going to be talked at disrespectfully. Some times it's not your delivery. It's your words. I don't want to look for another dentist office, but he will NEVER be allowed to do anything for me.

I'm pretty old and could've just ignored my problem and lived out my days. The staff was really nice and made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and their follow-up. I have a large 2/2 condo in Aventura, I thought I'd retire to many years ago. No mortgage (just dues) and a monthly service that keeps an eye on the place (electricity) and I allow 2 neighbors to use it as an extra place for friends and family. It's been over a decade since I was there. I have a SL63AMG, I bought off eBay that sits under a car cover in 1 of my 2 underground parking lot spaces. The 2nd is freely used by the 2 neighbors I've known since the 80s. They take turns monthly running the engine and turning on the AC, etc. So, it's time to sell the condo later this year (probably to 1 of my neighbors) and ship the SL63AMG to where I live. Being in Fort Lauderdale was closeby and that sealed the deal. Everything went as I hoped and the outcome was perfect! Sorry, too old to casually leave pic's. Thx, a million!

Completely Professional. Exactly as Promised!!!…read more I remember sitting in the dentist's chair with my mouth wide open, and above me, the dentist was smoking a cigarette and drilling my teeth at the same time. That was 1969, and I was only 8 years old, but the fear of dentists has lasted a lifetime. I was told I inherited my mother's bad teeth. When I was sixteen, I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled, and by 18, I had my first root canal. Over the course of the next 40 years, I am sure I've spent well over $100k at the dentist - and none of it was cosmetic.  Fast-forward to 2019. I have moved from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale, and just by happenstance, I found a dentist I liked and felt confident in. We had set up a plan to do major restorative work on my mouth, and I even gave him a large down payment. Then the pandemic happened. One morning, I got a call from him; he's closing down shop and (literally) moving back home with his mother. "Too bad, so sad on your money. Good luck." Click. Between 2019 and 2025 I did nothing. I had a line on free antibiotics, so I could knock my frequent toothaches in a few days, and until I post rusted out and my Canine tooth fell out, I thought I would be forever fine. I should have just crazy glued it myself, but when I took it to a dentist in my office building, she told me I would DIE if I didn't sign the form and pay her 7 grand right now! No thank you, and I did not die... By this time, I knew I needed to (no pun intended) bite the bullet and start looking for a permanent solution. My goal was to have all new teeth by the end of 2024. I looked at numerous options, from clip-on or snap-on to the 9-10 month full mouth all-on-4 and all-on-6 options. I had even considered going to Latin America to have the work done, but the cost savings didn't justify what I thought the risk would be.  Finally, in late February 2025, I came across an Instagram post from Nuvia Dental Implants. The idea of permanent teeth in a day seemed terrific (and from what I learned in all my research, it seemed completely feasible), so I started watching a lot of videos and checking references. What appealed to me most was that the testimonials and interviews all seemed real. I finally filled out the form, got the phone call, set the appointment and went to their office. My experience from the very beginning was they were very straightforward, not pushy, no salesmanship and a genuine willingness to help. My experience so far is they have operated with honesty and integrity. A week later, I went in for the evaluation and planning session. And about two weeks after that (yesterday), I arrived at 6 a.m. to get all my teeth pulled out and the implants placed. I wasn't scared or apprehensive - I actually felt confident. I knew I was doing the right thing, and I had made the right choice. The last thing I remember was being told to take a deep breath, and when I woke up, it was done. I didn't feel a thing; I didn't know it was even started, let alone finished. I went home, took it super easy, iced my face every 20 minutes, and followed their instructions to the letter. The pain was always below a "5" and mostly in the "3 to 4" range. I stayed home from work today and went back for my permanent teeth at 3pm. By 4:15 I walked out the door with a brand new and beautiful smile. I'll go back in two weeks, then again in 4 months for another check-up, and it's done! I know it will take a little bit of time for the swelling to go down and to get used to my new teeth, but what I am really looking forward to is learning how to smile again! Thank you, Nuvia!!!   ~BRAD
