Is feeding our orange boy his last treat

It was an amazing experience. She made the whole thing very pleasant and she was very compassionate and loving. Did not rush the process at all and she lets you process your grief in the moment. I feel like I even rushed her at points. Dr. Lew went above and beyond

When the time comes for your beloved kitty to go to heaven, please contact Dr. Lew at Beloved Cat Home Euthanasia. She is compassionate, kind, caring, and makes this difficult journey much easier for both kitty and parents. Dr. Lew 's method is gentle and peaceful. I have had to help many kitty children pass in my lifetime, and I can truthfully say that my experience with Dr. Lew was the most incredible and peaceful transition I have ever experienced. I held my a sweet girl in my arms, wrapped in her favorite blanket throughout the entire process. She did not feel any pain, nor given any reason to feel fear. Dr. Lew gave me and my other kitty child all of the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved family member. She didn't move from one step to the next until I said I was ready. When my darling child was gone, she allowed me to hold her in my arms and cry over her until I was ready. Dr. Lew then allowed me to place my sweet girl into a lovely kitty bed with a blanket covering her body, but not her head. She looked liked she was peacefully sleeping, as Dr. Lew carried her out. Dr. Lew took care of everything, from euthanasia, having the remains cremated, placed in my chosen urn, and then delivering my baby back to me. She even made beautiful imprints of her little feet as a keepsake. If you must help your kitty child leave this Earth, there is absolutely no one better than Dr. Lew. To be able to think back on that day and have peaceful memories is the most incredible gift anyone could give me. Dr. Lew gave me that precious gift.

When my cat was getting close to passing, we called a different vet who wasn't able to come until a couple of days later. We knew our boy wouldn't make it that long and so we were incredibly fortunate to find Dr. Lew. We've had to put two cats to sleep at home before, and Dr. Lew was by far the most patient, compassionate, and warm person to help our boy Milo pass on. It was the most peaceful passing I could have hoped for. He literally fell asleep and started snoring. Dr. Lew explained every step of the process and gave us all the time we needed. Dr. Lew will be my first call when the time comes for any of my other pets, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs help with their fur baby to cross the rainbow bridge.

Her calm demeanor, compassion, and presence brought so much comfort during one of the hardest moments of my life. Charlie Bear was so much more than a dog, he was my constant companion for 15.5 years, through every chapter of life. Saying goodbye was heartbreaking, but Cheryl helped make an impossible day a little more bearable and Charlie went so peacefully. I am deeply grateful for the care, kindness, and respect she showed both Charlie and our family. Thank you, Cheryl. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

I was scared to hand her over because I didn't trust that I'd actually get her ashes back (I fear some places lump all pet ashes together). I called all over the bay area and no one gave me enough confidence until I spoke to Dr. Ramos from P.E.R. She actually spent a lot of time hearing me out, then making calls to ensure all of my fears were just that- fears. I was treated with respect and kindness. When I brought my baby to the center I was given space and time with her to grieve before she was taken. This was much harder than expected so their set up and process was appreciated. The team was very communicative and helpful. When her ashes were returned to me a couple of weeks later, I was extremely touched that they felt moved by my baby's story and had kindly added little treasures that I will always cherish. I never expected to lose my beloved pet and I don't wish this on anyone, but having this team help get me through it was a gift. If you're reading this it means you're probably grieving your own loss. I'm so sorry. Have faith and confidence here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Ramos and Pets Eternal Rest team.

Our beloved dog Delilah passed away in the early morning of April 7, 2024 at the age of 13 years…read more Her passing happened on a weekend, and many of the locations that I contacted were either closed, couldn't pick up until another day, or couldn't do a pick up due to us not being part of the area they serviced. It was already a stressful situation as it was. Thankfully, Pets.RIP was available at any hour of the day, so I made a call to Kwasi who answered my call and answered all my questions that I had. Kwasi is definitely a gem of a person; he is very compassionate, and being a pet owner himself, he understands the stresses that a passing of a beloved pet can have on its owner and family. There was no rush on when he could pick up; he told us to take as much time as we needed and to call him when we were ready for her to be picked up. After he picked her up to have a private cremation done, we kept in contact with him and he provided updates on when her urn would be ready. After 10 days from when he picked her up, he contacted me to let me know that her urn was ready. He went above and beyond and drove here to personally bring her to us. We would have been okay with having to pick her up from where ever she was, but the fact that Kwasi did this really touched us. Again, he is truly a gem of a person. Her urn was a beautiful sheesam urn with a nameplate of Delilah on it. Seeing it made me cry because I missed her, but also happy that she is finally back with us. If you ever need a private cremation (they also offer communal cremation) for a beloved pet that passed, please do not hesitate to contact Pets.RIP. The prices are reasonable, and they will take care of you from the moment you contact them until the time you receive your pet's urn.

I wanted to shoutout the staffer who helped us, Kass, who was very friendly, responsive and respectful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There are some options when a pet passes. We scheduled our vet to help us with in-home euthanasia, and we made plans to bring our dog to Golden State. They had a room available to us to say goodbye, we even brought our other dog with us to say goodbye. The have a variety of package options (custom urns, etc.), we had our own plans in mind but Kass was not too pushy in trying to upsell options. When you dropoff a pet for cremation, they say they will turn that around in 7-10 business days, I think they did it in 6. It feels a little weird to review a pet crematorium, but we have another dog at the moment, and we'd consider using Golden State again.

That said, I just wanted to say thank you to Shane again for his true patience, professionalism, kindness and understanding throughout the whole process. A friend recommended me to Shane and Golden State Pet Crematorium after she lost her fur baby. When the time came after Indy; my dog, passed away, I contacted them the next day. They said that we could come in asap and that there was no wait period, which I appreciated. On top of that, he empathized and was patient with me when I sobbed on the phone because it happened so soon. Which I truly appreciated since it proved to me that Shane is a real one. To wrap up, their prices are extremely fair, the options are gorgeous as seen in the pics I included, and the turn around time to complete the cremation was finished in a week. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone who is looking for a crematorium for their recently deceased fur baby. 10/10 easy for this spot.

Dr. Park's contact information provided a phone number where we can communicate via text, so I texted an initial inquiry on a Saturday afternoon, not expecting a prompt response. Within 30 minutes, Dr. Park responded. Thankfully, she was available for a Monday morning appointment. She provided links to all the pertinent information needed: pricing, process, and FAQs. Also provided were the necessary links to book the services. Dr. Park arrived at the scheduled appointment time and immediately sought to comfort our dog and our family. After reviewing the process with us again, she made sure to answer all our questions and only proceeded when we stated we were ready. She waited patiently while we said our final farewells before proceeding. The procedure went exactly as described, and Dr. Park provided much needed words of comfort once our beloved pup crossed over. She placed his body in a modest basket carrier, complete with flowers, and gave us the time we needed before taking him away. We couldn't have asked for more with the service Dr. Park provided. She exceeded our expectations to lay our dog to rest with the utmost dignity. We fully appreciate the service Dr. Park provided and highly recommend her services. She even sent us a sympathy card a few days after, a nice touch! Her pricing is transparent and reasonable. Thank you so much, Dr. Park!
