DO not use their services!!!! I purchased a hair removal maintanece package and had 1 sesssion. I complained that the leg was getting to hot and the woman adjusted the temperature for the other leg. I had burns all over 1 leg, and a little on the other leg. It started as dark brown and it pelled and now it is white. My leg is disfigured. I waited a few weeks to call because I was hoping it would fix itself and when i called they said that since I waited to complain, it was not their fault, it was probably something i did to myself... I offered to send a picture and they said i had to go in person, but they could not see me in several weeks. She numbed me for about 20 minutes, poked me only in a few spots to prevent a lot of injection sites, i only bruised a little bit on the left side where I bled the most which was expected. Highly disappointed that the lady burnt me during IPL procedure. I thought the laser burnt my baby hair but actually it was my skin that got burnt. She didnt tell me about it. I came home and noticed. I had to use hydrogen proxide and neosporin to treat this spot. I still have 2 more IPL to do but i dont think i will go back here. Do NOT go to VIP MED SPA AND WEIGHT SOLUTIONS IN FRISCO TX. My Sister purchased a Groupon for an IPL Photofacial for $69.00 that is normally around $345 service without the Groupon. Once the staff at VIP MED SPA and Weight Solutions in Frisco knew I had a Groupon I was suddenly treated with disrespect. I was told the Groupon is not a true IPL Photofacial service even though that is what it states in the Groupon. I even showed them the advertisement on Groupon that I purchased. The Groupon says 1 IPL Photofacial (where the $345 is scratched through) and the $69.00 (80% off) appears. I was also told they do not have control over what Groupon advertises and the staff member asked me to get my money back from Groupon after they had redeemed my money. I spent over 2 hours on Groupon trying to figure out how to get my money back. I couldn't, so I now have a credit with Groupon. The staff at VIP MED SPA and WEIGHT SOLUTIONS discriminated against me for having a Groupon. I have never been treated so rudely. read more

But once you go doctors wife will take over the conversation but pretty much when you are almost done with the treatment so you don't want to create a scene and they also had over charged my card multiple times as well as taking money out every month even though I have left 6 plus voicemails but no one responded so far and I had bank to stop and file a claim for reversal for payment. First time coming to VIP Weight Solutions & Medspa... went in for my second lip filler and botox with a Groupon coupon, had a very nice experience-ended up getting my first Juvéderm - they were very informative and courteous-did not pressure me into purchasing more than my Groupon amount- that was my personal choice. As a nurse I can say that treatment went wonderfully smooth, and very informative as the treatment was applied. I was also informed that there would be discounts offered via email every couple of months which I was grateful to hear. I will definitely be returning here in 4 months for my next botox. read more

Extremely poor quality of service. THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME. My appointment was at 3:30, I arrived at 3:15 due to the fact I'm a new patient so I know there's always paperwork. Mind you there were already people waiting to be seen too. After 3:45 15 minutes after my appointment time I ask how much longer will it be. I was given every excuse for why I needed to wait longer and on top of that an undisclosed amount of time. As I complained so started everyone else waiting. Two ladies state their appointments were at 3:00pm mind you one came in at the same time I did at 3:15pm but apparently someone coming in late will take precedents of patients that are on time! This is inexcusable and will NEVER support a business that treats it clients like this. Stop overbooking! I purchased two syringe of tillers I got one the first day and returned the next following two weeks only to get one syringe injected. They asked me up front your only doing one syringe I said yes only one as I also told the doctor only one today. Once I was leaving the office manager asked me how many syringe did he do I told her one. She told me no he used two I was forced to pay additional $850 that I didn't have and had to borrow money to pay bills. Obviously they DO NOT HOW TO COMMUNICATE. Where do I begin? I've had filler and botox going on 7 years now every 3-6 months in 5 different states and prob 30 clinics. Not ONCE have I been dissatisfied enough to leave a review or call the clinic after until now. The Dr. and his wife were so sweet and personable, but everything else was unsatisfactory to the point I question the license, product, education, everything. Came in for the usual lip and forehead treatments and the Dr claimed I needed no filler in my lip except my right upper lip only. You heard that right, he wanted to inject an entire syringe into my right upper lip and no where else. He said the prior Dr screwed my mouth up and it looked terrible, so crooked. He somehow convinced me and I let him balloon my right lip up and when I stated it didn't at all look even with the rest of my mouth he argued it was swollen. I thought perhaps it was and ignored what I knew was NOT just swelling. The wife was accusing places I'd been before of diluting product or injecting false material, I thought this was odd as there was no reason for an accusation. I also purchased a syringe for my cheeks and he did one prick each side and no smoothing. Normally there's a few pricks, and bruising/swelling/soreness as it's your eye area and there was no visible difference or pain. After one week my results were: hooded eye lids and squashed eyebrows from the botox (wrinkles still there) a severely crooked lip, and weird puffs on my cheeks that felt airy and oily inside, not hard like restylane. I also had worse acne than I've ever had before. People kept asking what happened to my lip because it looked like I was hit after the swelling went down. When I called in I was given a terrible excuse that they didn't do it and the eyebrows can't be fixed... this isn't true, injectors know how to fix botched botox. This and other reviews make me suspicious of the whole practice and I strongly encourage you to look else where and speak up if you've experienced anything similar. This is the best place you could ever hope for for beauty. I came here with the ambition to lose weight. I bought a 6 pack of the miclipo shots and lost 22 pounds over a 8 and 1/2 week period. I always was curious about botox but was too scared and didn't trust people. The people at this place not only made me feel welcome but educated me and helped me look 22-25 yo again (I'm 30). I'm honestly amazed at the results. They offer so many services but don't pressure you into anything they educate you and give you options. I am so impressed with the quality of service and people at this place. Extremely dissatisfied. I went in for Botox in my underarm to decrease excessive sweat. I got 50 units of Botox 30 units for one underarm and 20 units for the other. Was charged a little over $400. I was told this would help. It worked for about a week and it stopped working after. To my knowledge a procedure like this should last 4to 9 months depending on the individual. I went in last week for IPL photo facials for my skin redness. Staff was unprofessional from the very start--I should have immediately left and requested a refund from Groupon. They clamored on for a few minutes about how red I am/I'm the reddest person they'd ever seen. Thanks for pointing that out because I obviously didn't know that already. The owner really pushed a different treatment she SWORE would be better for my skin in the long run and I had to pay the difference $$ for it. Again, I should have run. First time getting tear trough filler for under eye wrinkles. I called and we spoke by phone and was told the dr can do the procedure. Spoke with front desk (Drs wife) she informed me dr could do it. I specifically explained my reason for coming on all of my intake paperwork. Reminded the Dr about the procedure I was paying for ($600) and he told me "Yes I can do it." He begins to insert filler in my cheek and left a huge bump of filler under my eye because he didnt smooth it out with his finger upon inserting and he went in entirely too low on my cheek (I learned this from several other drs after they saw the insertion scars on my face). A couple days go by and I go back to speak with the Dr about the huge bump filled with filler and he totally denies it and says I came in that way...He tells me I never put filler under the eye and I remind him that all of my paperwork and every conversation I had with him I asked for what I wanted and very clear about what I wanted and if he couldnt do it he should have never taken my $...in the midst of his denying he was able to use his finger to smooth out the clump of filler under my eye, which only worked temporarily. He even lied about where he inserted yhe needle but the scars were still there so I couldnt push that lie. He knew he had jacked up my face up so he offers me a free facial...Which doesnt fix the proplem at all. So I figured maybe he will fix it when I return and everything settles but when I arrived he wasnt there and I explained to his wife(front desk) and she goes on making all sort of excuses and says "You came in that way"...I never had an issue with bags. I came to have wrinkles filled under my eyes. Then she goes on to say "Well at least you got a facial thats worth $150." I replied by saying "Wouldnt it have just made more since to just fix the problem?!?!"...It was obvious they both knew he messed up ...Why not have the decency as a reputable doctor to fix the mistake instead of creating lies in an attempt to make it all go away!!! The last day I visited there was a staff member leaving for a new position elsewhere and she explained how bad the work and customer service is and that was her reason for finding something better DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...RUN!!! Disastrous botox results-no response from employees or owners. Nurse Cheryl injected botox in my lips, which was her idea. Two days later I couldn't speak properly, drink from a glass or straw, or eat without food falling out of the sides of my mouth. I called Cheryl immediately and she said she would investigate possible solutions and call me back the next day. After a few days, I still had not heard back from Cheryl. I then called for the office manager or doctor. I was told they are husband and wife and were on vacation for a few weeks and would not be reachable during that time. So, I just sent a letter to the wife, Nisha, and asked her to call me upon her return. She never did. Finally, I called her. She admitted she had read my letter but didn't call me. But she said she would talk it over with the doctor and get back with me which she didn't. During this time I was very polite and patient even though I was living in a nightmare. I'm in face to face sales, so it just made it impossible for me to do my job. A few weeks later, I sent another letter to her husband. This communication wasn't so polite, but all I asked for was a refund of what I had paid his office. Of course, he didn't respond either. I lived like this for over 3 months. The true test of a good doctor/business is the their response when there is a problem. VIP Med Spa fails epically. read more

I got the feeling he is using some other doctor's name. He didnt know how to answer questions like true doctors. The medical knowledge just wasnt there. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as a new patient. Noone was in the waiting room. I handed in my paperwork. It wasn't until an hour later before I got in to be seen. What further upset me was two other clients came in while I waa waiting whose appointments weren't even at that time yet. They took them before me because they were only getting a few injections where I was getting more!! What in the world? The wife was callously kind, and she too seemed like a poser.
