Lemme tell yall about Belterra Apartments in Fort worth, TX. THEYRE SHIT!! We had a nat/ant problem that was worse everytime pest control came (when they did come, cause they always claimed no one was home and apartment was deadlock which I was ALWAYS home), infested I had to do multiple home remedies to get rid of them and then I finally did with NO help from them. Our AC broke and for 2 1/2 months during the PEAK OF SUMMER, they kept telling us the AC was running fine even though our apartment was 89+ degrees and you can feel it when you walk in. They finally admitted it was broken the whole unit had to be replaced after I went to corporate and had them send a HVAC company out instead of Maintance. Took them 2 weeks to repair. During the broken AC we got TWO 800.00 utility bills because the AC was still running and racking up the bill. When talked to utility company and office they both claim couldn't do anything.. (mind you it's a 3bed 3bath apartment and our utility bill was always above $400 EVERYMONTH anyways And now was double). Ac continues to freeze up every month until and have to have Maintance come to unfreeze it. So then a white man randomly tries to open our door at 3am (suppose to be gated and secured community) no one know who said man is on my camera but okay. THEN there's gun shots in parking lot at 11pm. Our appliances were from 2005 so we're always broken, washer machines flooded apartment TWICE! We're compensated $500 on our rent for all the unconvincing. Omg thank you so much, for that on our already $2700 rent that we pay FOR SHIT!!!! Also trash is never picked up even though it's included in the rent. You're lucky if it's picked up. and the pool, gym, basketball court and lounge you pay for in rent as well is NEVER able to be used due to Maintance or it's broken. So yeah.. we paid $2689 in rent plus $400-550 in utility bills every month for all of tha lovely stuff in just a 12 month lease. lol BUT we had excellent WiFi which was included in our rent so yeah. now we are in a 4 bed room and 2 bath and our utility bill is only 255.00 for 30 days instead of min $450.00 So you're probably paying for other people or vacant apartments utilities, bugs, no working appliances, mold, floods, no AC, no amenities, gun shots, and no trash service when living at BELTERRA APARTMENTS but they have EXCELLENT WiFi. read more

Been here almost two years now. I would find another complex for you and your family. The management is not helpful at all and in fact the new manager, her name starts with an M I didn't hear it clearly, is rude and speaks over her residents. She is very good at just regurgitating information without listening. Ty the other manager, does a great job at placating to her residents and doesn't really care if their needs are met and issues I've brought to her attention. There is a reason a past resident is picketing Ty and the Belterra management, for about 6 months now. Stop and ask him, he will tell you his story. Check your lease, it states guests can only visit you 2 days in a 7 day period. New parking service and now a specific guest can only visit you 14 times a month. They are only allowed to register 14 times in a 30 day period. So if someone watches your child for you or if your partner wants to visit, only 14 times. Maintenance staff is great and personable, knowledgable. Leaving as soon as my lease is up. read more

Management is terrible. They are overly expensive. Any type of way they will try to get your money. Only good thing about this apartment is that maintenance is wonderful. They never respond to emails. It's a guy that stands outside the apartments everyday for nearly a year. So they must've did something to him. read more

We had the absolute WORST time living here. Belterra refuses to help their residents when they are constantly on the phone crying, and begging for a solution. We were constantly harassed by our neighbor for unnecessary noise complaints and the management refused to help. We have a camera to prove we were never doing anything wrong, and we're often asleep when she would complain(FWPD showing up at 1am). We put in countless phone calls, emails, and corporate complaints asking, literally BEGGING, for management to mediate a meeting/FaceTime/zoom/phone call/email, anything to let us live in peace from "Downstairs Debbie"!! All of which were refused. Belterra literally refused to do anything to help the situation before it got out of control and just let this woman harass us for 13 months. Belterra's solution was to send multiple courtesy officers to listen at our door, and constantly call us to ask what we were doing because there was another complaint (NOTHING! We literally have a camera that shows us doing nothing). They even had the AUDACITY to say that my boyfriend and I (both almost 30) ding-dong-ditched her!! We were both AT WORK, and had camera footage to show that, but all it took was the neighbor saying she "heard a knock and then thought she heard someone running upstairs" and Belterra was quick to send a nasty email about it to us. In the end, we were given the choice to live above Downstairs Debbie and endure her, move into the same layout apartment for MORE MONEY, or move to another apartment for... MORE MONEY!! Our only choice to escape this issue (since Belterra outright refused to meet with us, the neighbor, or mediate the situation from day one) was to pay a huge chunk of money to move. The horrible neighbor wasn't the issue with this place, you can find that anywhere. The issue is wayyy bigger than that. Belterra refuses to help their residents when they are constantly on the phone crying, and begging for a solution. They refused to believe that we were being harassed (even though we had a years worth of footage showing us doing nothing wrong). I've never ever been in a situation like this one where no matter what you do, what evidence you show, who you contact, nothing gets done, and no one is there to believe or help you. read more

We lived here for 6yrs. We started out with them less than 1,000$ we are now passed 2,000$. They do not value there residents at all and don't care for them. We raised our kids here and nothing. They put a price on everything. The place is old and always infested with cockroaches and ants and bed bugs coming from the drains. And last yr rent went up 500$. They are nice the first time yr we meet them but after that it's downhill from there. Many ppl are leaving the apartments from how expensive it is for such a bad cheap place. My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year and we LOVE IT! The staff is great and very professional, especially amber! She's the best. I locked myself out of my apartment and she came to save the day! It's a very safe community and beautiful at that! We love the location, just a short drive away from anywhere you want to go. We have lived on both the third floor and first floor. We were worried when we moved from the third floor to the first floor that we would have a lot of problems with noise. But we barely hear anything! This is a great place to live! read more

We have really enjoyed living here at Belterra. It is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking! Love the office staff - very friendly and efficient. Maintenance is great! Absolute worst renting experience ever, I would strongly advise you not to waste your money here. I had been staying with my family during the power outage during the recent storm, my apartment was uninhabitable due to pipes that bursted during the recent winter storm, and the best part was THEY FAILED TO INFORM ME. I came back to get some clothing items and my apartment was ripped apart and there was Industrial fans and humidifiers, not to mention the unorganized "restoration crew" who casually helped themselves to my food and left their trash everywhere while I was gone. I lived here for about a year I majorly regret my decision. I have had multiple issues with noise because the apartments seem to be constructed with sticks and construction paper. It is right by an extremely busy freeway, the I-35, so you're inevitably going to have constant noise from that. The management is horrible and obviously doesn't stick to any sort of policy because each employee gives me different information. Also, it is extremely overpriced to live here. Please do not fall into their trap and rent from them. Worst living experience ever hands down. read more

It has been 8 days now since I've been with water. I call the office to get information but they tell me that they will call me back. I never receive a call back with prompts me to call again. My daughter and I have lived here since August, and love calling this place home. The staff is great - very friendly, and accommodating! They have awesome events, and my daughter especially loved the Christmas event with Santa Claus. The complex is centrally located, only being 10 minutes from Fort Worth, and 5 minutes to the shopping centers in Alliance and Presidio! I was worried there would be a lot of noise (being that we live on the 3rd floor) but I'm still impressed that we rarely hear anything, and our building is located right by the highway. The best apartment I have lived in. Staff is extremely helpful. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. When our smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night, they showed up to shut it off within the hour. The grounds around the apartment are well kept and the pool is very nice. The community is family friendly and we never hear loud music or parties. There is an abundance of parking. Definitely recommend these apartments. read more

My son was looking for a new apartment. The family went with him to help him measure and give him feedback on each one. We looked at many apartment complexes. We toured Belterra with Caroline from the leasing office, and she was absolutely amazing. She was professional, answered all his questions and still does through email, and was a lot of fun. People like her are hard to come by at leasing offices. So sweet! All of us loved the property and the management company seems top notch. He got the apartment he wanted and will be calling Belterra home. His brother hopes to call Belterra home next year! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I moved out of this place after only a year. The office pays people to watch residents and snitch. I know this because they offered me to do the same thing. And don't expect to get your deposit back at the end of your stay because they make all kinds of fees to where you have to pay them more money. I got a bill for $500! I moved out 2 months before my lease was over but kept paying so It didn't go on my credit and they charged me $108 dollars for a water bill. How is it possible to pay that much when I haven't been there to use water?! Obviously their splitting water bills with all residents in the building your in. They begged me to stay and even offered to have way cheaper rent If I signed another lease yet it still wasn't worth the headache. The whole hood lives in these apartments. Always having badass teenagers seeking in to play in the pool or basketball court. And instead of fixing the issue they talk about taking away the basketball court. Smh... I moved here in Sept 2015 and love it!! (1) It is quiet. I never hear my neighbors. (2) The pool area is very nice and clean, with a hot tub - it is never crowded, has lots of chairs, umbrellas and tables. It even has a grill (it is cleaned by the staff and I have never seen it out of propane). It is well lit in the evening and lots of plants around, so it is like being on vacation at home. (3) No parking wars - there are always open spaces. (4) It is very clean - staff takes great care, no trash, nice landscaping, newly painted. (5) No bugs - I have not seen a single bug, there is a small pest control fee added to the rent, so since I have no bugs, it must be worth it. (6) Valet trash & recycle. They pick up your trash and recycling right at your door. If you have too much or want to throw it away right away, there is still a dumpster/compactor at the front. (7) Safe. It is gated, the gate has never been of service since I have lived here. I have never seen any strange people or folks lurking in the parking lot, no broken in cars. This is next to a school and residential area, very quiet. (8) Dog Park. They have a small but cute dog park that has several trees, benches, and a dog water fountain. They also have doggie bag stations all over the property, so there is no dog mess in the grass and I save money on buying the bags myself. I have not seen any disrespectful pet owners (such as dogs off leashes or cats running around, dogs barking all night - none of that here.) (9) The club house (open during office hours) has pool table, coffee machine, and various classic video games (PacMan Burger Time are my favorite) all for free. (10) The gym is great. It is small, but there is never anyone in it when I go. there are weight machines and free weights, 2 new treadmills, water cooler, and a tv, all with a view of the nice pool. (11) Basketball Court - nice court, fenced. (12) The rents are amazing for the area and amount of square footage you get; all units have washer/dryer; ceiling fans in Living room and bedrooms; balcony; wood blinds; and a real storage unit located right next to my apartment with a real door that I have a key to (not a crate or wooden door basement storage). (13) Location - right next to the highway and at the next exit up the highway they have ALL stores you need (Super Target, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Dollar Store, Costco, Ross, Petsmart, Shoe Carnival) all just opened in Oct 2015. The next exit up from that has all stores a mall would have, plus Best Buy, JC Penney, etc.) (14) The office staff and maintenance are GREAT. The head maintenance man actually lives on site with his family, so you know he cares about the building and amenities and neighbors. Everyone has been very helpful and I feel they go above and beyond. read more
