Step saver came along and not only provided salt cheaper it was delivered into my tank for free eliminating the worst headache of all; handling the heavy bags of salt. I later started using it on another motel and then had it installed on my home. The system has worked without a flaw for over 18 years! It's not the high quality cheap salt that has kept me a happy customer....it's the convenience of having salt delivered without the hassles of going to the store and ruining my back hauling the salt to my basement. It is so easy and the staff is so friendly and accommodating I really can't understand why everyone hasn't switched to Step Saver. The older I get, the more I appreciate this service.

Now, I was told by Lesa, my sales lady, that this warranty would cover everything, even sitting on the furniture with a knife in my pocket and cutting the furniture by accident. It was delivered in Nov of 2013. By late 2014/early 2015 the recliner started showing some cracking at the head of the back. By April 2016 I contacted Rooms and Rest and told them if my concerns. Natasha, the Customer Care Manager, had me call Montage Furniture Services, the company that offers the Protection Plan, which by the way cost $269.99. I was told that the protection doesn't cover the sort of damage that I was experiencing. So no one wants to claim responsibility. To me this is not normal wear and tear. This is a defect in a product that should be sustainable. The arms and seat of the chair are PERFECT, but the head, that is used way less, is the place that suffered the cracking and subsequently the shedding of leather. We have to put a towel up there when sitting in the chair unless we want to walk around with pieces of leather in our hair and on our clothes. I don't know what I'll get from this post and correct me if you think I am out of line. Actually don't. I'm so p@&#ed about the whole thing, I may chew you a new one. At the very least a PSA to all of you to beware of warranty and sales terms. Especially from #RoomsAndRest and #MontageFurnitureServices I won't be making any more purchases from them anytime in my lifetime.

Because a lot of brides were in a similar position, the owners decided to help COVID brides by having a $1k dress sale, as is, off the rack to take home. I emailed their store originally just for advice, and in part to vent. The owner, Brittany, was so compassionate and understood what I was going through. She let me know to email to make an appointment, and that they'd be more than happy to help me out. I decided to schedule my appointment a bit further out, on the off chance that my dress from David's Bridal came in beforehand. I'm so glad that we made the drive. Addie was so sweet and super helpful, listened to what I were looking for, and was patient while I was trying on different gowns. Even after buying my dress, the owner followed up with me and made me feel so appreciated and asked that we send pictures of our wedding. This is just the experience I needed, and I am so happy with the dress (will post after our wedding, can't spoil the surprise for my groom)!
