I went into this business on February 10, 2025. I have been a T-Mobile customer. Not after February…read more10, 2025. I went in to buy two new iPhones. They wanted meto pay full price for the iPhones and still be under contract. I tried to explain to them that if I paid full price for the phones. There was no need for me to be under a service contract. I was told that the reason that they couldn't give me any break on the price was that they wouldn't take my two iPhone 12's as a trade in. Both phones were working fine. The batteries were just getting tired. And it was time for a change. I told him that I would walk next-door to the US cellular and get service. They didn't care. They told me the "go for it". T-Mobile Internet and phone service was great. This store seriously needs to work on their customer service.
