My family and I very much enjoy dropping by here, both before and after attending movies at the nearby Malco Theater / IMAX. The service is usually as fast as possible, even when the place gets slammed by dozens of customers. I admire the tenacity of the (mostly) teen employees. Ordinarily, we buy two cups of ice cream that we then eat either inside the shop, or outside on the patio. There are various ice cream cones and even non-dairy confections available as well. I really like that pints of many of the Ben & Jerry frozen flavors are available for sale here. They'll even pack your purchase into an insulated bag for your journey home. I recommend this location, and plan on returning again and again.

Used to love coming for ice cream but it seems the prices keep rising , while the scoops keep shrinking . This last time we ordered a banana split , the scoops were small tiny scoops for almost $12 , you would expect decent scoops. To add insult to injury the guy who prepared it left a banana peel in the ice cream.

I recently moved back to Memphis, been gone 20 years on traveling adventures. My sister said we had a B & J close by, so after serious shopping at Ross, we stopped by. I wanted a three small scoops, Butter Pecan, Berry Sorbet and something chocolate. I pointed to the "Waffle Bowl" not to be confuse with the "Waffle Cone", and placed my order. I was surprised when I was told that only one flavor could be added to the "Waffle Bowl" So I smiled and said ok I will have the Kid $1 scoop, one "Waffle Bowl" with Carmel, Chocolate syrup and whipped cream Ice-cream, always delicious, love sitting on the patio, very nice place, Will visit again, three stars, just think out of the box people. Or in the case, "Waffle Bowl"

I had no idea we even had a Ben & Jerry's in Memphis! I was so psyched when I realized what this place was! I love their ice cream! I mean I mostly enjoy only a few select flavors but still I love it. I also love that you can get a waffle cone or a waffle cup. The next time I go to the Paradiso I'm definitely going to suggest dropping in here. My son turned 18 and wanted an ice cream cake. So, I looked at the other famous ice cream place and wasnt impressed. I looked up Ben n Jerry's and it had 2 layers of ice cream,a layer of cookie crumble n finished with a layer of brownie. It was Delicious!! Sugar coma.. I will absolutely get another ice cteam cake from Ben n Jerry's

I really wanted to give this place more stars, like it better, etc. But, the ice cream isn't any better than it is from the freezer section of the grocery store. But Ben & Jerry's is really good so, the ice cream was delicious. Also, finding vegan dessert in Memphis was much harder than I had anticipated, so enjoying a sweet treat here was greatly appreciated. I'm so glad Ben & Jerry's started making vegan ice cream (it's so tasty) and that they stock it in this store. While they have a rather large and nice outside seating area, it is kind of noisy as there is a ton of traffic moving by. The location is also super annoying. It is very near a movie theater and an area of town saturated with big box stores. So there are tons of Beckys & Karens milling about, sampling all the flavours, and having existential crises over sizes, flavours, etc., which causes the line to move slowly in real time and even slower in perceived time. So, sans many vegan dessert options, if I lived in Memphis I'd be here on occasion but not too often. There just isn't much of a reason to chose eating Ben & Jerry's here vs in the comfort of my home.

I love Ice Cream...Point. Blank. Period! So, Sunday I went to have some Ben & Jerry's and I loved every bit of it! I love the fact that it is intimate. I love that they are family friendly. I love that the ice cream is sooooo good! I tried the caramel blend and the berry sherbet for the first time and they were both so good that I couldn't decide on one...as the picture shows I GOT BOTH..lol! Ben & Jerry's in the words of the Terminator "I'll be back!"

This Saturday. Busy and bustling. Teen and group hot spot. Games and groups...playing and having good conversations. Ice cream from one end to the other. Prices are high, but so is quality and taste. The workers are on top of things and serve you up quickly. Nice spot located right by the Paradiso Movie Theater. So customer flow is probably never ending. I was looking for a specific ice cream. The Bob Marley's One Love. Banana, Peanut Butter with Chocolate Pieces. They had it only in pints, so even better. Because the small scoop cup was almost as much as the pint. Win, Win. Take some home to share..! By the way both my g-kid's ice cream off the cone hit the floor. And they replaced the serving at no charge. Kudo's for helping 2 crying kids become happy again!!!

Best place ever knowing we got there late sorry we enjoyed a banana Sunday with gummy bears and chocolate and caramel sauce yummy I ate mine and my boyfriend ha ha very friendly staff love the environment they didn't mind us enjoying the dessert after they closed to clean but we hurried up because I know when you close you are ready to go thanks you the best banana Sunday EVER!!!!!!
