The ordering kiosks are practically the furthest location from the entrance. It was crowded when I went, but mostly with people eating their ice cream or waiting for an order so once I found the kiosk, I was able to order pretty quickly. Even with a bunch of people hanging out on a summer night, I was impressed that my order was ready pretty quickly (less than 5 minutes from placing the order). I decided to get the Vegan Kookaberry (vegan vanilla base) with blueberry and mango New Zealand style. It was good and serving was acceptable, but mine started to melt pretty quickly and was dripping over the side of my cup (about 5 minutes after getting it). Also, it is on the pricier side for ice cream, even without adding on things like toppings. For any non-dairy folks, you have to pay extra for the vegan substitution, which I genuinely find annoying. As for parking, they have some street parking as well as a few streets around the area that non-residents can park at if the spots right outside are filled. I mean, I was beyond full with eating half of whole icecream and I'm still having seconds as we speak!
