She puts her all into her business and ensuring that her clients are happy and well taken care of. For our wedding, Erin catered breakfast/lunch at the house for the girls. We had charcuterie and yogurt, salads, wraps and more. It was all beautiful and delicious. Everyone loved it. Then Erin was kind enough to stick around to serve ice cream from her new yellow vintage camper for our guests as dessert. We had multiple different flavors and guests loved going out to visit the camper and get ice cream. I brought back to the counter where the barista warmed them w the frother. btw, no apology. I thought I could drink it but it was awful. So I asked for a splash of regular coffee to be added thinking that might fix the weak flavor. She told me she'd have to charge me for a small coffee. Really? Didn't I already spend almost $5 on this bad coffee? So, that was it, I declined the additional cost and left it on the table. My husband brought his home where he promptly threw it away.

In Meredith you can get a decent pizza (no, not wood-fired, just decent quality) at the Mobil Station across from the town docks for less than ten dollars.

I'd rather go to Subway for a turkey sub and will never go to hearts turkey farm again. They've lost me: their carrot relish didn't suck but everything else did.
