Went here for the 1st time today (Thursday May 28th 2026) to get a nice special treat of ice cream! Duly note that not my first time at a Ben & Jerrys as there is one in Lake George i've been to, and been to the factory in Vermont. First time at this location, but essentially has all the ben and jerrys flavors like plish food, chocolate fudge brownie and more! Walked in and was greeted right away, and told the girl my order, which was a small marshmellow sky, and it was actually a kids small, but it's okay because wanted to save room for dinner. spent 6.00 and paid via credit card. person handling ice cream and cashier was pleasant. There are chairs to eat inside, but ate at a bench outside. Enjoyed my ice cream, and if i'm craving it will be back for some more! read more

***Late post from my Oct 2023 East Coast trip*** ***This review is for my arrival in front of the shop only*** After my arrival at Broadway At The Beach, I walked into the welcome center. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I asked for some recommendations as it was my first time visiting. They named a few shops and restaurants. One of them was Ben & Jerry's (B&J's). I LOVE B&J's! My favorite flavors are Chunky Monkey and Cherry Garcia. I've never been to an actual B&J's ice cream shop. This was my perfect opportunity to do so. I've only eaten B&J's ice cream bought from a supermarket. B&J's was only a few shops down from the welcome center. I was so looking forward to it. When I got to the front door, it was locked. I looked inside and all the chairs were propped up on the tables. I didn't see anyone inside. It was only 1 or 2 PM in the afternoon. They weren't supposed to be closed yet per the business hours posted. I was really bummed. Oh well, I guess I have to look for a B&J's shop in CA one of these days. P.S. I will post photos later. I had never been to a Ben and Jerry's and this did not live up to my expectations. I would expect something special or different visiting an actual store but it was no different than buying at the grocery store. I expected a special flavor or cool toppings something fancy that no other ice cream place has but this did not have any of that. First they were out of most of the flavors. The ice cream was very rich, creamy and flavorful. The scoops were quite large, the waffle cone super fresh. (Waffle cone is an extra charge.) They were not crowded and I was able to order immediately. Tried the butter pecan which is a traditional flavor at most ice cream shops and definitely a classic that they have mastered at this location. A medium Cone with 2 scoops and a waffle cone will run you around 7 dollars give or take. The customer service was friendly and the shop neat and clean. read more

It was so humid while I was in Myrtle Beach, we decided to check out the shops at Broadway at the Beach. A lot of different shops had been added since my visit last year. Maybe I just didn't see them. I wanted some ice cream to cool off and stopped by Ben and Jerry's. I decided on the lemonade sorbet. Obviously this store is located in a very busy location. It was very hard to look for what you want cause you have people tireless waiting for you to get out of the way so they could order their damn ice cream. Our daughter ordered a chocolate cone, I got a cherry garcia, & my husband got a vanilla. I know it's ice cream but geeez the total cost was $17. We all got smalls except our daughter who had a kid size. The ice cream was good. The service was ok. The only downside is the price. read more

What's there to say about Ben & Jerry's that folks don't already know?! It's delicious! During my first trip to the Myrtle Beach area, after checking out the aquarium, we followed up with a trip to B&J's for a quick treat. It's located in a strip mall plaza right on the water, adjacent to the aquarium, so it's easy to find. Although it was unseasonably warm, being January, it wasn't particularly busy. I'll bet things are very different down there when the mercury rises, though. Good to know it's there. read more

We got 2 cones and 2 cups of ice cream. The ice cream fell off both cones while we were waiting to pay. They replace my daughters ice cream cone but not mine. The ice cream was too soft or it was too humid in the store. The ice cream was good but it would have been nice if we could have all enjoyed it especially for the hefty price of $18 for kids portions. read more

Stopped in here with my family during vacation in Myrtle Beach as we were walking around Broadway at the Beach. We have never been in a Ben & Jerry's store, so this was a real treat for us. The ice cream is always great at Ben and Jerry's but This location has awful service!! Apparently they have a policy that one server serves each party. Our server was so slow that 3 other groups were served before the 4 of us had even ordered. When I politely pointed out to an idle server that our full order had not been taken, she informed me that we would have to wait for our server! Ridiculous!! read more
