Love the ice cream at Cold Stone! There are all the regular flavors plus all the mixed flavors that they make for you there by blending and mixing ingredients in front of you. I am a basic guy so plain chocolate in a cup with hot fudge topping, yummy!!! Their ice cream is super creamy and a straight clean taste. The store is conveniently located in Market Commons right by my favorite movie theater and a very good sushi restaurant. So our routine movie night is to eat, movie then here to close out the day. Came here last weekend and icecream was good but the poor girl at the counter was alone the whole time. It was her first day, she apologized for not knowing where everything was. There were 2 other girls casually walking around the back of the store watching her struggle with a line out the door. I felt bad for her. Looking at the past reviews, I can see that I'm not the only one who had a problem with the staff. However, in my case it was the manager. The manager seemed to be rude to a employee who clearly was new. I thought it was rude and unprofessional. The ice cream was delicious as always. It's younger people working and I have to say that they had the best team work imaginable and everyone was on their toes. We were probably 8th in line but was waited on in less than five minutes. Wow. I mean wow. I know that they guys working the cold stone are young but I mean if the 3 ladies were not in front of us maybe the line could have moved a little faster. The people working the cold stone were too busy flirting and making there snide comments to the girls then working the line. When my wife and I got up there the line moved a lot faster as it did for the customers behind us. In addition we both for the same size, regular, and my wife's was a lot smaller in quantity of ice cream then mine was. Go to Dairy Queen.
