Went here for the 1st time in the 2026 season with my dad on Wednesday April 1st 2026! When we arrived it was actually crowded outside as well as inside. We found a space to park and headed inside to be served. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Before you know it, it was time to be served. I ordered a medium 2 scoop cotton candy ice cream, and my dad got a large sundae with chocolate and rocky road. Also that day they were doing a fundraiser for Conway high School and we were able to get a discount . Still cost 20 and paid with cash but still any money saved helps! Cashier and server was pleasant. We ate inside at the tables and really enjoyed our ice cream! Place was clean and organized! Will be back soon for more ice cream! read more

This is such a cute little shop right on the corner of 4th Ave. Lots of outdoor seating, plus indoor seating as well. Don't be put off when you walk in and see a line, the employees keep it moving like a well oiled machine. They don't miss a beat, and they a polite and friendly all the while. They server everything from ice cream in a cup to a cone, waffle cone or bowl, shakes, sundaes, ice cream cakes, I even saw cake pops. They have everything and then some! If you sleep on this ice cream shop you are missing out big time. read more

Stopped in today 05-21-2026 @ 14:20hrs. The employee working at the time must believe her looks make up for her lack of service! My buddy and I walked in the door and were lookin at the different ice creams that hey had. Two women and a child walked in shortly after us. The women spoke to the employee who was sweeping the floor on the other side of the business. After speaking with her they exited the business. My buddy and I continued to wait in front of the ice cream counter for service or at least acknowledgement from the employee who continued sweeping the floor. After putting the broom away, she grabbed a mop & bucket. The employee still did not acknowledge us. Once she removed the mop from the bucket and started mopping the floor, we left, never to return again!!! We will be sure to tell everyone we know about our experience at this establishment!!! Gave them one star because you cannot leave a review without giving at least one star!! read more

Honestly makes me super mad when I am coming out of the way to get an ice cream around 9:30-9:45 pm when the shop says it closes at 10pm and I am not able to come in. Went here tonight. My friend and I arrived at 9:15 and received nasty looks from the teens working. Mind you they are supposed to be open for 45 more minutes. We proceeded to sit outside and at exactly 9:30 they locked the doors and turned off the lights (multiple tables left sitting in the dark.) Honestly just a bad experience with the workers. If your hours say open until 10 then you should be open until 10. Every worker here left at 9:30. Ice cream was okay but not worth it. read more
