I recently visited and had a wonderful experience. I tried a large cup with three scoops: two Salted Caramel Blondie and one Butter Pecan. The Salted Caramel Blondie was incredible--the blondie pieces were chewy and flavorful, and the overall combination wasn't too sweet. While $10 for three scoops might seem a bit pricey, it was definitely well worth it. read more

I used to only be able to get Ben and Jerry's at the grocery store so it was cool to visit one in person. Pricing is equivalent to that of a cold stones if you ever been to one. Expect to spend more than $10/person. Lots of flavors to choose from. Service was pretty fast for me. read more

After hopping off the last stop of the water taxi at National Harbor on a Friday night, we walked up to the Ben & Jerry's kiosk on the pier but it was closing up for the night. But the staffers suggested that we walk over to their storefront just a little walk further down. It's close to the pier. You'll see the storefront and outdoor seating that's covered by an awning - seating not just for the ice cream shop, but the other eateries there. When we went inside about an hour before closing, there were a good number of customers on line. For my husband, I ordered him a small, non-dairy ice cream (2 scoops in a cup); they had 3 non-dairy flavor options available - a cherry cheesecake, a chocolate one, and one with nuts that isn't commonly found where we live (I went with this one). For me, I went with one of my favs - half-baked - but splurged and got it in one of those ridiculous chocolate and topping dipped, waffle cones in a cup. No regrets. It was worth the extra $$ charges! The man who took and made our order was nice. I also grabbed a pint from the cold case for the fridge in our hotel suite - for later, back-up, you never know when you'll need :) This is a good spot in National Harbor for families with kids and ice cream enthusiasts? I mean, who doesn't like ice cream?! read more

Today I went to Ben & Jerry's round 10: 25 pm with my two kids it was my sons birthday, the ice creams great but the service was really disrespectful and unprofessional (Diana) the person who served me was wearing AirPods she wasn't listening and properly doing her work and when I was calling my daughter over she started saying "did u say something"? That's when I told her that I didn't like how I was being treated and I felt disrespected by the way she was serving me and I said it calmly but then she told me I didn't have to be rude about it and then I said I was calling my daughter not you and I was never rude to you, then she called me a git and she ment it in the british way for jerk or idiot but I was calm but then a man came and said I can serve you it's ok then while in the middle of serving me I asked him who is the manager here may I speak with them? Then he answered to me saying he is the manager and so I didn't say anything else because he already saw and heard the whole time so there was nothing to say so then I just left with the ice cream. but other than that it was nice and the flavors are really good. read more

I found this ice cream shop to be overpriced. Sure the ice cream was enjoyable but the reason I gave it 5 stars was because of the service. My husband and I went there in the evening last night after dinner. 11/6/25. We walked in and it smelled clean and it was immaculate. The beverage refrigerator well stocked, the display cases stocked in an almost artistic way. The shop was beautiful and CLEAN. Then when we had our orders taken, the gentleman was really kind. He was very professional calling us "sir" and "ma'am". His personality was warm and he took care of his shop well. If he was the owner, you can tell he loves his shop. If he was an employee, he took great ownership over the shop and he seems to take great pride in being excellent. I don't know how else to describe my experience very well other than to just say I was so impressed by this Ben and Jerry's location. It was a very nice way to end our evening. The experience made the cost worth it to us. read more

David made the whole experience outstanding from start to finish. He really took the time to understand what I liked and gave thoughtful recommendations that were spot on. Thanks to him, I ended up choosing an ice cream that was absolutely perfect--great flavor, great texture, just exactly what I was hoping for.
