First, the positive...I went here to buy a pair of earrings I saw online. Saleslady was very patient and helpful! I ended up buying something different than what I originally wanted. Very happy with my earrings! Now the not so positive, another sale lady offered to clean my jewelry. She took several of my pieces including my 3 carat diamond ring. She came back with the ring and said she couldn't clean it because it had a loose diamond in the setting, but she could send it out to be serviced. I said I would take it back where I purchased it. I went to two other jewelers and had the ring checked. Neither of them found anything loose. Was she just trying to get me to pay for a service I didn't need? I left feeling very uneasy about the process. Happy with my purchase, but very uneasy about the offer to service an expensive ring that didn't need serviced. read more

Let me start off by saying the staff were very kind, that is about the only good thing I can say about this branch. There is a complete lack of organization, tracking, and operations at this location. I ordered my husband's ring on 2/17/24 and was told it would be 3 weeks. At the end of the 3 weeks, I called because I had not received any info on my order. I was told the individual who sold me the ring was not there, and they would leave him a message for me. I don't understand why he was the only one who could help me, but ok, I left a message and waited. He called me the next day and had no info for me, except that it would be another week. Again, I waited and didn't receive anything, so I called. I was told they had to wait for the bridal group because they still did not have my ring and had no info about it. Called at the end of the next day because there was no follow-up and was told another week. At the end of week 5, I was told by the individual who sold me the ring that it had shipped but would take another week to get to the store. I called at the end of the week and there was no ring. I went into the store as this week, week 6, and wanted to see what was going on but still no one could find the ring, had no info on it, and again they said I would have to wait for the bridal dept or the individual who sold it to me to come in. Received a call 2 days later and was told it's running late due to a delay but couldn't tell me what the delay was or when it would be in. All in all, I am going on 7 weeks and no closer to getting my husband's  ring. I don't understand how the organization can be so bad, no one can provide any information or update me on my purchase and apparently the distributors don't talk to the stores (so i was told). I have never had an experience like this. I am almost to the point of just wanting my money back. I am very disappointed in this company and will not be purchasing from here again. I will stick with my normals, Zales and Daniel's from now on. If and when I get my ring, I will update my post. read more

Gitty!! I have been on a search for a specific ring for 20 years I lost. She took so much time with me and listened to me go on about stories and while we're looking at different options. She made me feel so special and listened to even though I was Not really motivated to keep trying to look for this ring. So she came up with the best solution! She said look around and see if anything inspires you and I found three rings that I absolutely loved! I even found some engagement rings that my niece would like to see. She said take the rings and if you come up with any idea of how you would like to design a ring that might look like the one that you had stolen. Give me a call here's my card. She didn't brush me off she wasn't rude. She spent probably at least an hour with me while I went through all of their different items and had her check and see about pricing and everything else. I can't say enough good things about this place. After 2 years of trying to find a trustworthy place to take my custom wedding ring to be fixed & cleaned, I was impressed by the reviews for Ben Bridge Jewelers and decided to stop in. They are friendly & professional, and after taking your ring they allow you to look at it through a microscope to identify the nature of your diamond so you can feel rest assured you'll be receiving the same one when you pick it up. I picked up my ring and was blown away- it's absolutely gorgeous and fixed perfectly (the center diamond was very loose on my pear shaped ring). Went in to look for Pandora charms, no onr welcomed us until we started to look at the jewelry, we asked if we could see some of their charms and the lady was said " we have 600 charms in the store" OK? Mark has been my go to jeweler at Ben Bridge for the past nine years. Every time I go to Ben Bridge Mark is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This last time I went to visit Mark, I had an old diamond ring from when I was fourteen years old that was a size 4 and no longer fit. Mark advised me to get the ring resized so that I can start to wear it again. I was nervous that the band of the ring would be so thin.... but it wasn't, it was perfect!!! Stopped by there yesterday to pick up another piece of jewelry (purchased a watch and necklace just on Saturday.) They have you wait behind a line and they come to help. Upon being approached by what turns out to be a sales lady named Jerdona, she proceeded to tell me I needed to sanitize my hands. Ok, but as she went to put sanitizer in my hands and I said no here I have Purell and used that informing her I do not use sanitizers made outside of the US. She immediately copped an attitude saying "no you need to use ours" mind you, she was holding a teal glitter bottle clearly from bath and body works. She then angrily moved the rope and said "well Tanya can help you." It was then after her lack of proper customer service skills I decided to no longer spend my money there and leave. My decision was immediately followed by rude remarks as my son and I walked away. There is a woman I usually work with from Ben Bridge corporate that I buy all my pieces with but figured as I was out I would stop in. Needless to say we will never be back to do business there, and if you're reading this I would advise you not to either. There as many jewelry stores and many with better sales associates. read more

The sales associates here are so rude! My best friend ordered a ring for me for Valentine's Day, went in to exchange for a bigger size, the sales associate forced a size 7.5 on my middle finger when I asked for an 8.5; therefore I left with the 7.5 because she wouldn't exchange it, and it fit but was snug. Later that night my finger was turning blue and swollen and we couldn't get the ring off.. went to bed and woke up the next morning still swollen and couldn't get the ring off; trying everything possible, we had to cut the ring off. Leaving my finger swollen, with skin scraped off and sore. Called ben bridge and they refunded me the money and went to the actual pandora store in galleria of Tyler in riverside. I hate posting stuff like this but this experience warrants a warning to all readers. I bought my boyfriend a super nice watch from this place while he was deployed. He came back for a short visit before heading back and had him try the watch on. It needed to be sized and calibrated so I took it back to them because they said they would take care of this watch for life. I came back a few days later and they brought the watch out all scratched to hell and argued with me that it was due to wear and tear, he's never worn it but to try it on lol. They ended up replacing it but again it needed to be sized. Today we went to get it sized and the three employees said we had to wait on the manager til she got off the phone. We waited for 20 mins. What phone call was that important to keep a high paying customer waiting like that. After we said just give me the watch back...then the manager got off her phone call. read more

These guys suck. They told me that my authentic Rolex is counterfeit. Disheartened at the time, I finally checked with a real watch place (even though Ben Bridge, inexplicably enough, is an authorized dealer) a couple years later. Now it will cost three times as much to fix because the water damage led to further corrosion in the meantime (the corrosion that the morons at the store said that "real" Rolexes never experience).
