Come see Ben himself and get some tasty handmade jerky. I saw this place when I was looking for a parking space to go across the street to a new pizza place. I just had to stop in and see what it's all about. The big "Islander" display caught my eye. Having grown up with the original designer and being an born n raised Islander myself I just had to. They did modify from the original design maybe that's for trademark thingy. They just left off the "We don't cross the Ditch part" Ok Jerky, I did meet the man Ben himself and we got to talk meat for a while. Being a self proclaimed meat man myself I have made jerky many times. He has really went out there with this stuff. You can try just about all of them if you want. I pretty much stuck to the hot jerky table. I tried a few of them and when he says hot. Some of that stuff was reach out a touch you hot. It might just pull the hair slap off your chest or might just grow a forest. Whichever way you run with heat he has some stuff for you. I went home with some Jamaican Jerk and carried a good kick with it. Now I will be back cause this could be some killer travel munchies. After all I do some serious burning up the roads so I might as well burn up my mouth too. read more

Great quality jerky with unique flavors and meat choices. When we were there the owner was working who was more than happy to get to know us as well as our preferences, and made great recommendations. There were samples for almost every flavor, which was what really won us over because everything was delicious! They also have some dips that would be great for a party or football Sunday. 10/10 recommend. read more

Best Jerky I have ever found. Many different flavors and spice levels. Absolutely delicious. Also can find Buffalo, Elk, Turkey, and some Venison as well. If you're in Jax Beach definitely stop in!
