If you are not professional do not touch peoples valuable. Good manners and being supper polite does not cut it, when you destroy someone's ring. I will not bother going back, to say what. The ring is damaged anyway. I wouldn't ask you to stay away, I just had a very bad experience, and I will never go back.

While understanding that using my American credit card might be difficult to get a refund the person responding to me informed me they don't do any refunds for this and made the offer for me to bring it in next time I'm in town. No offer for credit at the store, sending the watch in to get fixed nothing. So now my $700 watch (I've only worn for about a week) sits on my dresser waiting to be fixed because I'd rather not spend another $50 to get it fixed again. An older gentleman took the watch in and it took him about 15 min to change the battery. He said he did not just changed the battery but gave the mechanism a good cleaning as he noticed that it is a "better" watch. I appreciated that! The cost for that was very reasonable. I have a few other more cherished watches and I will not hesitate to bring them to him when the need is there.
