Malcolm told me to expect him the next day- he was right on time and told me what I needed. When he came back to repair, he was patient with me when I (my husband) mistakenly got the wrong part. He set up while I ran to the auto parts store to amend my (his) mistake. I came back, he got to work, and was finished within a couple of hours. He was patient, hard-working, fairly priced, and timely.
