After sitting an hour and a half my car got in, although I scheduled days prior and was told 10:30 Thursday was my scheduled time. After the employee had the car on the lift for 10 minutes told me he couldn't do the job and recommended another shop. He then charged me $62.50 at half a hour time. Which means estimates are charged at around $125 a hour. Total rip off. Every other place around offers free estimates or lets you know before hand the price. Save you time plus the headache by going else where.

I pulled over outside of Richmond, VA and checked all four tire pressures, noting one was markedly lower than the others. Upon attempting re inflation, it quickly became evident that there was a leak and a quick yelp and Google search showed that Buffalo Tire was the closest shop. Concerned due to the fact that it was after 4PM, I called and was assured they would take care of us. After a patch attempt, it became obvious that the tire was shot and we were provided a thorough and courteous explanation of our options. We ended up replacing a pair of tires, however it took until well past normal business hours to get the job done. Furthermore, the technician had to dig the wheel lock key out of the spare area in the trunk which involved unpacking part of the trunk and then returning each item! That's service! They even let us have our two small dogs in the waiting area as we had no where else to take them. These guys are top notch. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.

Then, when he was supposedly 15 minutes away, he requested pictures - which were immediately sent. He never showed up at expected. When we called, he then said he was another 30 minutes away. When he finally got there, he was in a freaking 18 wheeler cab. Are you kidding? Of course, he could not fit in the parking lot with this truck. So he said he needed another 45 minutes to go get a different vehicle at his lot. He assured us he was going to come back. He never did come back. We waited over an hour. There were no responses to multiple calls and texts as well. So we were left stranded after midnight by this person. We finally decided to abandon the car, had to find a ride home and didn't get home until 1 AM. And when he was there (with the 18 wheeler cab), we heard him talking to a Jae. I loved that aspect of it. The staff at this facility are nice, and they were trying their best but with 1 person to greet customers, answer the phone, schedule appointments and only 1 person who showed up to work on cars, a nail in the tire, tire repair or new tire, ended up taking almost 2.5 hours. We were hoping that it would be a fast easy patch, but it ended up being a new tire. While we were there, 2 more worked showed up to work on the cars, so I think that is why it only took 2.5 hours but even with only 1 worker, they said 90 minutes or so, not 150 minutes. They were trying their best and plenty of customers called upset and even some who came in, were upset and left because they waited so long and were never greeted. I appreciate that they tried their best and did a good job. The place is very dirty, and needs a cleaning. There is a restroom.
