Everyone, from the time you enter the doors to the time you get your finished car, is professional and friendly and communicates thoroughly and clearly. They even offer a couple of free loaner cars available for you to avoid interruptions in transportation while your vehicle is serviced. This is one place you won't dread going to. Finally, I mechanic shop that I don't dread having to wait at. They return the car in clean condition, and you don't have to worry about them getting cigarette smell or other off doors or filth in your vehicle, which I very much appreciate. Went here a while. Service was good, seemed alright at first. However, after having a repair done, I went back multiple times saying there was something wrong and the car wasn't behaving correctly. They assured me there was no problem, but they didn't even lift the hood. Well, my car broke down because the repaired part quite literally fell off. I took it to a different garage, where they confirmed that the bolts weren't seated correctly and showed me where they had simply sheered off over time due to strain. Wound up costing me almost 2k to fix all the damage. Everyone makes mistakes, but I came in multiple times saying there was a problem, and they didn't do their due diligence inspecting it. Fortunately I was only doing about 15 in a residential area when I broke down, but it's scary to think I could have been on the highway when it happened. read more

Don't go here, They like to upcharge on anyone who isn't a white man, they constantly joke about racism in the workplace about active customers when they are shopping there!!!, if you want a genuine mechanic meant to fix your car and nothing more I wouldn't recommend this place, horrible environment. they charged a woman $120 to check the TPMS sensor, but have not even charged anything before when a man came in with the same issue. don't trust them!!! read more

My car started sputtering and cut off. I'd never had any mechanical problems up to this point. I had the car towed to this place because it was an option given to me by AAA. This was late at night so I called the next morning around 7 am. I was told that I'd get a call back after they checked it out. I waited all day and at the end of the day they call me and tell me that it was my battery. A new battery is $243, okay cool. After I agree to get the battery they text me and said the car still isn't running and they don't know why. I would have to pay $150 for a diagnostic that does not come off the price of repairs. Okay fine. They call me back again and say that was a small rodent chewed my wires and that was the reason that my car broke down. So I ended up paying a diagnostic fee along with the cost of the battery, which ended up being $400, when in actuality I could've paid a few dollars and replaced just the wires. I feel liked I was duped. They did not do their due diligence before telling me that it was my battery. read more

OK, I don't normally review places, but had to make an exception. I had used them two times previously, once for a new set of tires, which went perfectly swimmingly, fair prices, quick service, all the things you might expect, and once for a quick oil change (which was very quick, by the way, none of this jiffy lube sit forever thing). Both really good interactions, which probably deserved a good review on their own. But what really impressed me was two days ago, I was finishing up some errands at about 2pm before my delivery shift at 5pm. Go to start my car after shopping in the Kroger on Midlo turnpike, all the lights flicker but car doesn't start, indicating an electrical issue, most likely battery. After a kind and helpful fellow shopper pulled alongside and helped me jump my car to get it running, I called Sierra at the front desk and explained that I really needed to make my shift, and could I please drive right there so they could take a look? As I was afraid if I just went back to my apartment, that I'd need another jump to move the car again, and I just didn't have time. They took great care of me. Showed up a little after 2pm with my groceries, which they were kind enough to realize I was trying to keep out of the horrible heat, so they offered to let me put my eggs and other refrigerated goods in their little drink fridge in the lobby! Above and beyond. Took my car back right away, probably jumping whatever line they had going, did some checks to confirm it was just the battery, quoted me a fair price for a replacement that they had in stock which I accepted, and within an hour, maybe less, I was rolling out in plenty of time to make my shift. Fantastic sense of urgency and professionalism, friendly and genuine staff, great service, fair prices. Seriously consider giving them a try if you haven't yet. read more

I had a horrible time trying to find anywhere that would do car inspections before or after I get off work, everywhere I checked would only do them in the middle of the day for a few hours. (I work 9-4) Cloverleaf let me set up an appointment at 4:30 with no problem and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes. It was easy and stressfree and the whole staff is so friendly! I decided to try this place out because I recently moved to North Chesterfield. The location was a major plus for me but it got better when I walk through the door. They offered me to take their convenience vehicle while they were working on my car which was amazing. The fact that I can drop my vehicle off to be worked on and still have a vehicle to use in the meantime gave me so much peace of mind. Not to mention the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. To top it all off, their customer service was astounding! During the service they called to make sure I still wanted an oil change because I still had about 2,000 miles before I absolutely needed one. They also informed me about some preventative maintenance to make me aware of what needed to be done in the future but they didn't inform me about it in a pushy manner. They replaced the right side tires on my Genesis after both going flat from a pothole on Hioak Rd. Also replaced one wheel. They balanced them perfectly and also did an alignment. Chris, the service manager, was great to work with and made sure I was happy. They provided a better than average tire warranty. They do not take checks and I don't blame them! I took three cars here for 7-8 years, and while I thought the prices were high, I also thought I was treated honestly. That was until last summer when I asked for an A/C diagnostic to find out why my A/C wasn't working. After waiting a while, the front-desk man told me it could be this or it could be that and they would start with such-and-such repair for 400-and-some-odd dollars plus the $90 Cloverleaf charges for an A/C diagnostic. I told him they hadn't really diagnosed anything and I was reluctant to pay them almost $100 basically for a guess so I certainly wouldn't be paying them over $400 for a repair that might not even fix the problem!
