Just super impressed. My handy man had installed my new smart lock improperly so the latch got stuck and I was locked out. Ben showed up within 10 minutes of my call. He was immediately able to unjam and open the lock but also readjusted the strike plate so the latch wouldn't get stuck anymore and even shaved off some of the top of the door frame because he felt it was a bit tight and might cause similar problems with the smart lock down the road. Plus he even made me 3 additional spare keys! All this done in within 20 minutes and at no additional cost from the initial fee for opening the door. I had a serious issue with my car key getting stuck (and wouldnt come out or turn off the car!) in the ignition in my 2003 junky (but reliable) Saturn Ion. This was a serious serious issue I had to deal with considering I could not turn off my car nor retrieve my keys. The key was locked inside the ignition chamber! This has never happened to me ever! At a very last minute notice Ben definitely saved the day for me, retrieved my keys, fixed the ignition chamber thingy, and prevented the issue in ever happening again with my Ion. I was in some serious funk thinking of how the issue was not going to be able to be remedied by anyone but by the dealer (which was already closed for the day)! NOPE! No need for the dealership - Ben did the job and he was fair and honest with me the whole way through the process including his labor of having to remove other aspects of my steering wheel and dashboard. Threw my father-in-law's keys (both of them) into Granger Lake on a Sunday. Everyone was closed, and we were trapped. Ben quickly responded via text (very helpful!) and made it out within an hour. Within the next hour he made 2 new keys, programmed them, and gave us a mechanical key too just in case we got locked out. I can't stress how awesome this guy is, very knowledgeable, fast response, and knows his $%&#. Seriously, whether it is a door lock, car/truck, or whatever, he seems to find a way to get it open. I just moved into a new house and had several issues with the existing locks. I called a large company and was quoted a seperate price for everything I needed worked on which was between $400-500. I called Ben and he quoted me one price to do all the work I wanted but also showed me that the existing locks were of very poor quality. He told me which locks would work well for me and I ordered them on Amazon. While he was there he removed a lock for me FREE of charge. He came back to finish the job after my new locks arrived and did an amazing job! He was quick, polite, cleaned up every little speck and took the time to show me how to use some of the features on my new lock system. He noticed that I had ordered some new openers for my garage and also set those up for me FREE of charge. His entire price was one-fourth of the price I originally received from a big company.
