But this is a truck place, and not only a truck place, but a diesel truck place. The mechanics have stubby fingers and grease stained coveralls. The place stinks of big powerful engines and oversized brakes. You don't greet a service manager warring a suit or wait in a room with popcorn and TV. You aren't told that to change your flat you need a 99.00 diagnosis ... and they don't hand you a slip of paper when they give you the bill saying they filled your widow wiper fluid, "have a great day." They just fix diesel trucks. I don't know whether they are smart enough to rip you off, wouldn't take much smarts with me, or whether they are just smitten with integrity, superb professionalism, and an honest work ethic. I kind of believe the latter. I love my 2005 cummins dodge. I love Advanced Diesel.
