Seconds later he's back telling me they only warranty to the "original owner." The "original owner/customer" is a dealer who resold the truck immediately. SO, they DON'T actually warranty their work, do they??? And they really just wanted me to schedule service so they could make more money on their failed repairs to this vehicle. Am I going to take this truck to a shop that doesn't stand behind their work? And one that had to see the truck 3 times before they actually fixed it... AND it's still not fixed? Do yourself a favor and take your truck somewhere else. Wentworth is a much better option IMO. Look at their 5 other google reviews with no details and make your own informed decision about the quality of this dealer.

They handed me the keys with an empty gas tank, and before I even made it home the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership and JoJo said "This happens all the time, we will take care of you." and they scheduled me with their "mechanic" in Woodburn--requiring me to take time off work and drive 40 minutes each way. My truck was there from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for what the mechanic said was a simple sensor replacement that should only take 30 minutes. I drove home thinking it was fixed--only to have the check engine light come back on the very next day with the exact same code. When I checked the sensor myself, it didn't even look like it had been touched. I reached out again and was told by their service manager, Liola, that the issue was a "dongle" in the dash that needed to be reset. She said they'd send someone to me due to all the inconvenience. After a week of getting the runaround, I was told I had to return to the dealership again. So once again, I had to rearrange my work schedule and make the long drive to Woodburn. After another 40-minute wait, they said it was fixed. Within three days of normal driving, the check engine light came right back on.Now I'm thinking I was sold a "Lemon" Now they want me to go back to the same mechanic who didn't fix the problem the first time. I've already lost time, money, and trust--and I'm still stuck with a truck that's not worth what I paid. This dealership has cost me far more than just money. We are now dealing with a nearly $4,900 repair for piston rings and spark plugs at approximately 155,600 miles. What is especially frustrating is Honda's response. When we contacted Honda Corporate asking for assistance, we were told that the repair was our responsibility and that the original owner would have been notified about the issue. We were also essentially told that it was our responsibility as consumers to do our own research. The problem is that we were not the original owners, and this issue was never disclosed to us when we purchased the vehicle. We had no knowledge that Honda had previously notified someone else about the issue, and we had no opportunity to act on information that was never provided to us. If Honda knew about a recurring issue affecting these engines and notified the original owner, what happens when that vehicle is subsequently sold? The next owner may have absolutely no idea that there was an issue or that a previous owner received a notification. We aren't asking Honda to pretend the vehicle has no mileage or that maintenance doesn't matter. We are asking Honda to recognize the circumstances and provide some goodwill assistance toward an expensive engine repair that we had no reason to anticipate when we purchased the vehicle. Our family has owned multiple Hondas, and we chose this Odyssey because we genuinely believed in Honda's reputation for quality and longevity. It's incredibly disappointing to spend years trusting a brand, only to be told that a major repair is simply our responsibility because we should have somehow known about an issue that was never disclosed to us. At the very least, Honda should be willing to explain exactly what notification was sent to the previous owner, when it was sent, and why a subsequent owner was left completely unaware. We had hoped Honda would stand behind its customers and help us find a reasonable solution. I have 80 or so pictures of the car, immediate and secondary concerns, photos of the fluids, the full underside of the car, and the technician's screen as they ran the computer interface. This information was crucial in my purchasing decision and the cost was well worth it. I didn't buy a guy talking to me about the car for five minutes - although I did talk to them and they were great. I bought an eleven page report with tons of pictures that's formatted almost exactly like a home inspection report. If you're going to spend more than 10k on a car and you want to make sure you're making the right decision, this type of service is well worth it. Scott's is one of the shops that's excelling at it, clearly, and in my opinion they'd be the best choice in the area if a buyer needed a pre-purchase inspection.

More than 30 days later, I unexpectedly received a phone call from the dealership telling me that the financing had never been finalized and that I needed to return the vehicle. After that phone call, I requested that all further communication be handled by email. Before that call, I had not received any written notice stating that the transaction had been cancelled or that the financing had failed. In particular, I did not receive any formal written cancellation notice within the time period that, as I understand it, applies to conditional financing transactions under Oregon law. Shortly before the dealership contacted me, I also discovered several new hard inquiries on my credit report. The dealership later confirmed that they had attempted to obtain financing for me through additional lenders. I was not notified in advance that these new credit applications would be submitted. The situation then became extremely unpleasant. I was repeatedly pressured to return the vehicle on very short notice. In one email, I was effectively given a deadline to return the vehicle by 8:00 PM that same day and was told that otherwise the dealership would "escalate the matter and take further action." After driving the vehicle for more than a month believing that the transaction had been completed, this approach was extremely stressful and intimidating. Ultimately, I returned the BMW at Wilsonville Subaru's request. My complaint is not that financing can sometimes fall through. My complaint is how this entire situation was handled: I was given possession of the vehicle, allowed to drive it for more than a month, then informed of the financing problem without any prior written cancellation notice, additional financing attempts were made, and I was then pressured to return the vehicle almost immediately. What made the experience even more disappointing is that throughout this entire situation, no one from the dealership offered a single apology for the inconvenience, stress, or confusion this caused. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Wilsonville Subaru.

When I arrived, the salesperson (Mike Jeffers) asked me if I knew the VIN of the vehicle I was there to see. I thought that was an odd question at the time... especially because I was subsequently told that they only had one IONIQ 5. We went across the street to Newberg Chevrolet to check out the vehicle. We test drove the only IONIQ 5 they had, and then spent time negotiating a purchase. I was ultimately given an offer with a selling price and trade-in value to consider After leaving the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle I had actually test driven and negotiated for was not the vehicle I thought I was buying The advertised vehicle was: VIN ending 2095 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ----AWD---- Approximately ---10,500-- miles The vehicle I was actually shown and given pricing for was: VIN ending 0428 2024 IONIQ 5 Limited ---RWD--- Approximately ---25,800-- miles They only had one Ioniq 5 in either lot. So the vehicle I was shown had more than twice the mileage and was RWD instead of the advertised AWD vehicle. The advertised car and the test drive car were not the same.... And they only had ONE Ioniq 5 on the lot. ...At no point during the test drive or negotiations was it made clear to me that I was being shown a different vehicle from the one they had advertised. Had I bought it I would have thought I was buying an AWD and actually getting a RWD. What makes the experience even MORE concerning to me is that as I was considering my options I went back to the website to check the Carfax only to find the listing for the 10,000-mile AWD vehicle, as well as the dealership's own online listing for it had disappeared... in effect removing the VIN discrepancy footprint from the web Whether this was intentional or the result of extraordinarily poor inventory management, I can't know. ...But as a customer, the result was the same: I came in to look at an advertised 10,000-mile AWD vehicle and was instead test-driving and negotiating the purchase of a 25,000-mile RWD vehicle without being told they were different cars, which is the definition of BAIT AMD SWITCH. That experience destroyed my confidence in the dealership, and I walked away - which is too bad because I was previously very comfortable doing business with them, having purchased vehicles from them in the past. While I don't blame Mike explicitly he is certainly complicit with his sales manage Russell in all of this. I will not be back and would advise you to go elsewhere. This place is suspect. Negotiate with caution.
