I was assured by Garcia's that the ones I wound up getting from them were uncharacteristically in good condition for used tires. The wait to get them replaced was minimal and the people there were really nice. Here's the kicker - those tires turned out to be not great at all. In fact, one was so bad on the side (which I was not shown) that the tire blew out while my sister was driving, almost causing an accident. While I bought them as is, I'd prefer to have these guys be honest with me instead of just trying to sell tires to someone who doesn't know what to look for in a good used tire. Beware of used tires from this place! They have great prices if you know what you're looking for, though.

The free tire rotations, checking your air filling it up claiming warranties is a piece of cake. I don't think I've ever driven a warranty. I've always gotten something back on my tires. This last time I went in, I was disappointed in the staff. The guy who helped me out, didn't seem very interested in helping me get the right tire. He just wanted the sale. He had the most expensive tires I think up on the screen for me and I had to say is that it and then we found some that probably were $200 to 250 less. The thing that really set me off, or was a downer, is he slipped in the certificates which is kind of like a extended warranty for the tires. He never told me about it just gave me a quote for the tires and have them ordered so I can come back to get them installed. I asked them for a printout of so I can see what the tires were when I came back, and that's when I saw he slipped in those certificates which was about $47 per tire. Seemed sleazy to me and a bad business practice. They didn't do a very good job of disclosing this, actually they did nothing to disclose that they were putting that on my bill. When I came in to get the tires put on another person helped me, I'll give her the doubt, but when she swung the screen around for me to pay, she didn't even talk about the certificates is what they call him. So I just think there's probably some good commission there for him and that's why they slip them in and not tell you. I might be wrong, that's just my Impression So if you go here, watch out for someone slipping in that extra warranty referred to as certificate.

They offer excellent service, reasonable prices, and they're fast and friendly. We've asked for specific tires, that they didn't have in stock, and they were able to have them ready the next day. Our latest visit we had all new tires put on our travel trailer. We're very happy with the service and the quality of the upgraded tires we chose. They had them all installed within an hour and we were confident with their techs not only jacking the trailer correctly but installing everything expertly. They even caught a last minute mistake they made putting a slightly different sized tire on our spare. They apologized for the mix up and had our tire ready first thing the next morning with the correct tire. We'll be back within a couple of months for new tires for one of our cars as well.
