Had a garage door that was starting to be mis-aljgned due to temperature expansion and I called Patrick on my speed dial and he gave me his availability to come out to take a look at what the issue was. I fwded him pics and video of the issue initially. He came out on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several options for what he observed. He even suggested that I do some exterior work trim through my HOA so as to save a little bit of money. First proposal had a wrong date and very unspecific about the work to be done. Never redid a new proposal after numerous requests. HIGHLY recommend Patrick and Son! Called them at 8am the day after Labor Day and he was at my place in just over an hour. Within 90 minutes, he replaced the spring and coils on my garage door and I was back in business. He had all the parts with him; no extra trips. He then arrived early (which I love) and got the whole job done in about an hour and a half.
