I consider myself very lucky to have stumbled across one of this business's Facebook listings for a Herman Miller Mirra 2. For $299 (325.16 after tax), they undoubtedly sold this chair to me at a steal. It doesn't have any broken parts or rips. The lady that greeted me knew a lot about office chairs. She helped me make a well-informed between the Mirra and the Aeron, which made me more confident that I made the right purchase. Terrific service and value all around.

This will help traffic and save lots of money, but it also makes a home office far more important. One option to build a home office and save money is Jamesville Office Furniture. They are located in Rancho Cordova near Sunrise and Folsom. Jamesville has a great selection of used office furniture. This is the real stuff used in professional environments offered at huge discounts. You can find some great deals on desks, tables, chairs, and other items. These items are solid and a huge improvement over IKEA and Staples inventory for not much more money. They have a warehouse you can browse, but hours are limited to Monday-Friday during the day. It is pretty basic, but the staff and inventory are solid. Even though places like this cater to offices and businesses, it is a great option for single purchases. I was able to score a nice Herman Miller Aeron chair here at a much lower cost than new, and it is in great condition. Most of the other items are reasonable, although some may have minor cosmetic flaws or need some upgrades. They also had a lot of standing desks and corner desks which are great options for smaller bedroom and nooks. I was cash and carry, but they can probably help arrange delivery and installation options for a fee. Selection is variable and limited based on availability, so do not expect a lot of inventory. Although you may be lucky like I was! One of the staff was very helpful in showing me the selection and demonstrating the features of the chair. I was able to find the right fit, and he cleaned and loaded the chair into my car. Everything is changing, but having a good home office may be the new normal for many. Places like Jamesville Office Furniture are a great way to get that professional feel in your home. Ergonomic options are a must for endless Zoom calls!

    Formal Complaint: Unacceptable Harassment and Profiling ​I…read moream writing to express my absolute outrage over the blatant harassment I experienced at your store today. I stepped inside for five minutes to browse pens, only to be immediately targeted and hovered over by a man I believe to be your manager--tall, brown hair, roughly 55. When he first asked if I needed help, I gave him a clear "no." ​Apparently, "no" wasn't good enough for him. Two minutes later, he was back in my face, breathing down my neck with, "You still looking at pens?" When I confirmed I was, he had the audacity to suggest I go grab the "free pens" up front. When I declined those, he started badgering me about "ordering" something. ​Let's be honest: he wasn't being helpful; he was trying to push me out of the store. I am currently homeless and was seeking temporary shelter from the pouring rain. I thought I'd be productive and shop while I dried off, but instead, I was treated like a criminal. ​I made sure to tell him exactly how rude and condescending he was on my way out, and his "just trying to help" excuse was a pathetic insult to my intelligence. It is disgusting that your employees feel entitled to judge and degrade people based on their circumstances. I wouldn't trust this man to clean a litter box, let alone manage a business. ​You need to deal with the toxic management at this location immediately. If a store looks and acts this bottom-tier, it's no surprise it looks like it's headed for permanent closure. C'est la vie, Staples--your "shoddy" employees are a disgrace Look at all the other reviews on management and the customer service, terrible! I wouldn't be surprised if they sell counterfeit and/or stolen inks and cartridges. They run a fishy operation in an office building. They store their printers outside exposed to exterior elements. Yes outside with a fence around it and the parking overhang over it. During my visit and interaction with the owner, he displayed a terrible attitude, becoming mad and upset for me pointing things out. He even was trying to sell a boat at a copier store. Really?? This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a company with a rude, disrespectful owner who doesn't even take care of the copiers/printers he sells leaving and storing them outside, then this is the perfect choice. Seing there building was enough to wonder where and how they repair and store materials. I would not spend a penny and deal with this company. It seems like majority of their customers buy online and at the same time don't really know who and where their items come from.

I should have went to Amazon. The owner, Dan, sold us a Ricoh mfp. This model (M C240fw) was our second choice since he said that printer that would have been the next generation of our previous model was on backorder. The C240fw was a total fail for us. It didn't function with our software. Office Supplies Unlimited offered "support" that was at best, a complete waste of money and time. On top of all of that, the toner for this printer must be bought through a Ricoh dealer, such as this company, and costs about $600 for replacement cartridges. Which we needed every few months. When one of the cartridges started leaking toner throughout the copier and turning every document pink, Dan wouldn't replace or refund for the defective toner that we bought from him due to the "age of the printer and toner." Again, we bought the printer from him earlier in the year and the incredibly expensive toner from him a couple months prior. At this point, we are draining the last bits of toner from the cartridges and then will be throwing the printer into the trash. Which we should have done before spending any money on the toner or support, but I just didn't expect to have such a lack of accountability from this company. Frankly, we feel like we were robbed, but lesson learned....
