I had last minute revisions I could not fix until Saturday at midnight when all the print shops were closed. I was so relieved when I found Office Depot was open. When I did not understand the self-printing process, the two employees there were very quick to respond. The one employee who came over to help me was extremely helpful. I think she saw that I was trying to hide my stress, and she moved very quickly for me. She was to the point, concise, friendly, and very clear. I felt very relieved. When I did not understand some of the steps, she came over with kindness and patience and found a solution within seconds. There was no impatience or judgement. Please give kudos to the two people were working Sunday morning of May 10th. I was seriously in and out in only 10 mins and so grateful for their help.

Needed Fax service [Roseville CA]…read more I needed to use a fax service and I don't have access to a fax machine from my work since I am currently on leave of absence and I didn't own one at home. I called around our local postal stores and home office supply stores. Office Depot seemed to be the most reasonably priced. I had 3 pages to fax and an employee helped me through the process. He was very nice and patient. Rate was reasonable. First page was free and $2 thereafter. Other employees in the store I came in contact with were also nice and greeted me. The Fax machines were in the same area as the TSA Precheck enrollment/renewal service. Overall satisfied with the experience. It's very rare I visit an office supply store. Formal Complaint: Unacceptable Harassment and Profiling ​I…read moream writing to express my absolute outrage over the blatant harassment I experienced at your store today. I stepped inside for five minutes to browse pens, only to be immediately targeted and hovered over by a man I believe to be your manager--tall, brown hair, roughly 55. When he first asked if I needed help, I gave him a clear "no." ​Apparently, "no" wasn't good enough for him. Two minutes later, he was back in my face, breathing down my neck with, "You still looking at pens?" When I confirmed I was, he had the audacity to suggest I go grab the "free pens" up front. When I declined those, he started badgering me about "ordering" something. ​Let's be honest: he wasn't being helpful; he was trying to push me out of the store. I am currently homeless and was seeking temporary shelter from the pouring rain. I thought I'd be productive and shop while I dried off, but instead, I was treated like a criminal. ​I made sure to tell him exactly how rude and condescending he was on my way out, and his "just trying to help" excuse was a pathetic insult to my intelligence. It is disgusting that your employees feel entitled to judge and degrade people based on their circumstances. I wouldn't trust this man to clean a litter box, let alone manage a business. ​You need to deal with the toxic management at this location immediately. If a store looks and acts this bottom-tier, it's no surprise it looks like it's headed for permanent closure. I have not had a poor experience with any of their staff however tied up they may be at that moment. In addition there's a particular young employee named Sean in that location who took pity on me since my hands is full with a large box to return . I had just come from another FedEx location in Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova which unfortunately does not take ordinary returns. Sean is busy when I arrived and the other staff present is also helping two other customers. I was pleasantly surprised when Sean stopped what he was doing ( pushing a big cart) and helped me with my returns. Sean , who just apparently started three months ago with FedEx, is very efficient and finished the transaction very fast and thorough. He even politely explained why the previous FedEx is unable to help me. It's very rare nowadays to see and experience these qualities and I believe must be mentioned and appreciated. There was only one employee (#377270 is on the receipt) staffed to work but he did great ensuring everyone got the services they needed. The owners/managers should staff one more person on Sundays because when there's a rush, like today, that would be a very stressful environment to work in. The man did great though and he is the face we associate with this business. His manager should thank him for all his hard work and providing excellent and timely service.
