I had last minute revisions I could not fix until Saturday at midnight when all the print shops were closed. I was so relieved when I found Office Depot was open. When I did not understand the self-printing process, the two employees there were very quick to respond. The one employee who came over to help me was extremely helpful. I think she saw that I was trying to hide my stress, and she moved very quickly for me. She was to the point, concise, friendly, and very clear. I felt very relieved. When I did not understand some of the steps, she came over with kindness and patience and found a solution within seconds. There was no impatience or judgement. Please give kudos to the two people were working Sunday morning of May 10th. I was seriously in and out in only 10 mins and so grateful for their help.

It's so convenient to get everything done in one place. And if something doesn't come out the way you want they do their best to fix it and make sure you are satisfied. The price is absolutely fair as the prints come out true to color and vibrant. The quality of paper is great. My printed things would be protected by card boards so they are not gonna be damaged. I should have went to Amazon. The owner, Dan, sold us a Ricoh mfp. This model (M C240fw) was our second choice since he said that printer that would have been the next generation of our previous model was on backorder. The C240fw was a total fail for us. It didn't function with our software. Office Supplies Unlimited offered "support" that was at best, a complete waste of money and time. On top of all of that, the toner for this printer must be bought through a Ricoh dealer, such as this company, and costs about $600 for replacement cartridges. Which we needed every few months. When one of the cartridges started leaking toner throughout the copier and turning every document pink, Dan wouldn't replace or refund for the defective toner that we bought from him due to the "age of the printer and toner." Again, we bought the printer from him earlier in the year and the incredibly expensive toner from him a couple months prior. At this point, we are draining the last bits of toner from the cartridges and then will be throwing the printer into the trash. Which we should have done before spending any money on the toner or support, but I just didn't expect to have such a lack of accountability from this company. Frankly, we feel like we were robbed, but lesson learned....

I didn't get the technician's name, unfortunately, but he kindly and generously walked me through the steps to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone. Given the obstacles that Epson seems to place in the way of addressing product malfunctions, I was SO HAPPY to connect with a compassionate human being who was also knowledgeable and patient enough to help me fix my stuck scanner. My only regret is that I live almost 800 miles away but if you live in Sacramento and need help with an Epson product, I could not recommend Pacific Office Equipment more highly!
