The building is in a pretty secluded spot so you don't have to worry about parking. The inside is very clean, organized, and smells good. The staff is on point with what they do and are very friendly. The VA scheduled to have me do a physical exam with them as well, and the doctor who performed it was VERY knowledgeable about everything and gave me a ton of information about myself that I didn't even know. I've seen doctors for my injuries since 2016, so it was a pretty big deal to get this kind of information. He was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the process. He also let me drink my free coffee during the exam, which was appreciated since my cup was still hot . After my exam I had a massage by a gentleman named Tom and he was very professional and performed his job insanely well. Definitely the best massage I have ever had, and I've been to many massage therapists countrywide. He used a massage gun called the Thumper, and it worked wonders on the arthritis in my back and neck. This is definitely a place that I will recommend to anyone that needs a good massage and chiropractor work because the people that work here knows what they're doing.

Accounting confirmed that I had a $40 credit on my account, but that the refund would have to come from the clinic. The doctors at Rooted Living take the time (and apparently use some kind of sixth sense) to determine where exactly to focus. And rather than just send you out the door, they will take you into their workout facility to give you homework for what you need to do to help your body heal.
