They provided a bland diet and we switched his food to follow and all of a sudden our puppy was just fine. The checkin process was great, the doctor and vet tech were fantastic, and the lab results were hella fast, and the bill wasn't out of this world terrible. Batson's assistant met with me first; he was kind, respectful and asked all of the necessary questions. Prior to coming in, the assistant shared the info with Dr. Batson so I did not have to repeat all of the answers again (love that). Dr. Batson examined me, took x-rays and scheduled an appt to have my knee aspirated and a steroid shot. The morning after the aspiration and shot, Dr. Batson personally called me to find out how I was feeling. I was happy to report the swelling was already down and the pain was gone. Dr. Batson also sent the fluid to the lab. When I went to the follow-up appointment, the lab results indicated I had gout. So thankful Dr. Batson was so thorough. I HIGHLY recommend him and his practice!

Two of my visits were most problematic. Guard ticked away in a corner on pending something. Second time two elderly mobility challenged people trying to get into car were having a lot of problems. Security guard was 15' away but did nothing but play with his phone. It took me 15 minutes help both and guard NEVER ONCE stopped playing with phone.

She runs a tight ship, does it with a great attitude and is extremely pleasant. My PT Richard has been spot on from Day 1. He listens really well, is constantly thinking out of the box and I feel that he is never just prescribing a rote set of exercises like so many PT's do.
