The experience we had there this morning was DISGUSTING and unacceptable. My child has been a student there for one year at the Hardeeville location. Both locations are run under the same management. I've had to find a new preschool for her for the new year b/c Limitless has raised their tuition rate to $275 per week which is significantly higher than any other daycare in Hardeeville or Bluffton. They claim that the majority of their families get tuition paid by state assistance. Interesting. On top of this, their penalty fees are exorbitantly high. Today was my daughter's last day there to say goodbye to her friends and teacher (who she is very fond of). We were 8 minutes late dropping her off due to an accident on the road and rain this morning. They would not allow her to attend, citing their policy. This happened while my daughter cried hysterically that she wanted to go inside and see her friends. We asked to speak with the Director who again cited the policy and stated there is nothing she can do. My daughter cried for over two hours this morning upset because she couldn't say goodbye to her friends. Way to traumatize a child by enforcing an arbitrary and meaningless policy. I would love for the owner to contact me and explain how accepting my child on her last day of school 8 minutes late will create an inconvenience so large to justify how my daughter was treated this morning! I have been a business operations director for over 10 years. I know how a business should be run and how customers should be treated. This is not the way. My 87 year old father came to Encompass after back surgery. Prior to his arrival, he was unable to…read moreget pain under control and was taking high dose of oxy. The opioids also were causing constipation issues, and mental confusion. The recovery was more than we could handle at home and we called Encompass seeking help. My father stayed there for 5 days. The nursing care was very helpful in getting his pain under control and also getting his mental clarity back. He was able to do PT for 3 hours each day---he wanted to do more and was bored between sessions but they kept the schedule and he progressed nicely. The rest periods is also what he needed at the time. He commented daily about how nice the staff was, including nurses and doctors. He was said the food was excellent. I was able to speak daily with the doctors on site, and get clear updates. Overall I was extremely impressed with this rehab center. I had never done anything like this before, and they made the process extremely easy. I highly highly highly recommend this place for anyone needing short term care.
