When I looked at the schedule I was very surprised to see that the 12 visits that were scheduled for me had me seeing 4 different clinicians. I wish that I had noticed that on day 1. I cancelled the rest of my appointments citing the terrible pain and not feeling comfortable with 4 different clinicians.

Our pediatrician said that sounded accurate, so no big deal. 6-7 weeks later I finally get a call from them. (My daughter had been in the hospital 28 days so I hadn't been too concerned about them not contacting me) I took my daughter in for the evaluation. She still wasn't feeling great, from just being discharged so we didn't accomplish a lot the first day. Amy was supposed to call/text me for the following weeks appointment, after she moved some things around. That was a month ago. Still haven't heard anything from her/them.

While doing PT on a table an employee, Faith, started spraying disinfectant on the table next to…read moreme. The spray even got my face wet. I told her I was very sensitive to smells and especially cleaners make it hard to breathe. The next week I am doing PT in a chair and Faith sprays the table next to me. While this time my face didn't get wet I did inhale the fumes. There was no warning this was going to happen. I called the office 866-800-9147 and explained my problem. I was assured someone would advise them to not use cleaners in the same area I was doing PT. I go for PT that afternoon and the same thing happens. This time a different therapist named Lori had me doing PT in a chair and started spraying the table next to my face. If these sprays are disinfectants then they are certainly toxic to inhale. I find it very inconsiderate of this company not to help me out with this problem!
