After…read moregetting yanked around for over a year from my previous contractor, I had enough of poor communication, false hope and non action. It wasn't easy to find Justin and my hope was disintegrating after being ghosted by people who never showed up, people who showed up then don't follow through with the estimate, or people who didn't honor appointments. Thankfully he restored my confidence! Justin is knowledgeable, down to earth and reliable! R E L I A B L E!!!! I was impressed when we first met that he showed up on time. Not only that, he permitted us to purchase our own materials and provided a materials list. We saved a lot of money just on that. Justin installed a bay window that we had in our garage for 17 months after being ghosted by our original contractor. We were thrilled with the workmanship, and the whole process honestly. From the contract to the scheduling to the work- everything ran like a well oiled machine. He also tore down the ugly fiberglass brick that was installed in 1970 something and replaced it with clip stone. Justin did a great job choosing the color pattern as we chose willow peak which has a variety of colors. We will definitely be working again with Justin for other projects we have. He is a skilled contractor and his crew is very pleasant too. They go the distance! I feel very grateful that we found his company. His crew was kind enough to load our trailer with unused supplies we had to return, they made sure to clean up after working, and were respectful. Impressed is how I would describe the whole experience.

It has been 1 year since we had Kozi totally gut our bathroom. It was 28 years old and nothing had…read morebeen done. Just the normal cosmetic paint and paper. When they started they made sure they put plastic up to not get dust all over the house. Very conscious about dirt and cleaning up. Had a couple issues but they rectified that immediately. Even after 1 year the bathroom still feels new and they came out and fixed the caulking on the tub with no issues. I still think I'm in a dream when I'm in my new bathroom. Total transformation. I have to say they stick by their work and if something isn't right they will fix it. They switched out the shelves to ones that we really liked and fixed some of the flooring. They started my project in the beginning of May laying the foundation and walls. And then it rained for almost 20 days straight. Everything was soaked and I was extremely anxious that this unknown company I picked would leave me hanging. They put my mind at ease, then backed it up with their deeds. They made sure everything came out perfect. Gio, the head supervisor along with Forti and Florenzo made sure I was happy. Their suggestions also played a great role in the finished project. Things I missed, they did not. And the icing on the cake: I had a punch list of 10 minor things that needed to be adjusted. Gio spent about an hour and checked everything, even things that were not on the list, to make sure everything was just perfect. I can not express my gratitude to these guys(they make it personal) for their dedication, reliability, their quality and their commitment to making my project the best it could be.
