At 1:57 I received a text from them stating that not only did he not bring a ladder, he also did not bring any shutter samples so he would "send me an email this afternoon detailing our shutter offering along with a pre quote based on the window in your photo if that's okay with you." --- big shock, never rec'd that email. I will NOT be using them for the shutter.
