They were very friendly and made me feel I was the most important customer. The installation was completed in the time they said it would be. He patiently explained everything and answered all of our questions about shutters, blinds, and shades. He didn't try to upsell us to more expensive products, instead he suggested options that were a good fit for the style of our house, our personal style, and our budget. We ended up choosing shades for all windows, except a master bath window where we decided on a shutter. Patrick helped us with fabric and color choice. Communication about when the products would arrive was great. During installation Patrick pointed out a few shades that weren't working correctly so he put up temporary paper shades on those windows and ordered replacements right away. Out of three different enterprises we contacted, Edgewood Cabinetry were the most professional and prompt in responding to our initial request. Mr. Rafferty was not only extremely cordial and professional, but he was very accommodating to all our questions and individual design considerations. He was also very sensitive to our proposed budget. He seemed to understand the design we had in mind immediately, and worked hard to provide a fitting design that was practical and affordable, yet still had the look that we were looking for. The final product is a beautiful wooden bookcase, "built-in" to the wall, made of stained maple, and embellished with custom decorative panels that looks exactly like we have always dreamt: an elegant, rich wood bookcase from one of those movie mansions! He even took care of little details like making sure the decorative top matched the crown-molding of the rest of the room in a seamless fashion. The final design is gorgeous, the quality of the craftsmanship is flawless, the project timeline was prompt, and the price fit perfectly within our budget. Our dream library come to life, designed and built at an affordable price! We could not be happier.
