The Philly cheesesteak was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. Could not keep eating after half of it

burger medium, fries, jalapeno ketsup, toasted bun, onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, not bad.

Go off hours, know there is a kitchen staff fee, seems a large turnover, generally nice folks on staff, restrooms clean usually. Parking can be an issue in heavy hours. Overflow parking across the street is available. The deal right now is a triple with cheese, fries, and beer and I walked for about 25 bucks. Split that 3 ways and honestly that is not a bad deal at all at 7.50 per person to eat out in the valley for a meal. Thanks Benderz!

I asked for the recommendation food on the menu, they said everything is good. Then gave me a soggy philly chesse steak. So bad that i had to get on the yelp page right away . The fried was good but the phily turn my mood down

I spent about $35 on my meal here, and was really disappointed to find a piece of plastic stuck on my burger bun (photo attached). This completely ruined my meal -- not only is it unappetizing, but it's also a safety concern. I expected better quality control, especially for the price. I hope management sees this and makes sure things like this don't happen again, because the food looked good otherwise -- but this was unacceptable.

Got a single after a long day of snowboarding. Burger was fresh and delicious but I've had better in the valley. The service is mediocre. The ambiance is what you'd expect nothing special.

1 slice of avocado for $3 extra dollars

They usually have good burgers, but the last few times i've gone, they have gotten very stingy. If im paying $3 for avocado on a burger, id expect more than a single slice. This price has got to be a joke. The customer service was lacking too.

One of the best burgers in the vail valley. Their burgers are juicy perfection, with a range of cheese and topping options. Despite its filling nature, it's never greasy. And the fries? Absolutely top-notch, especially with their sweet potato, waffle, and classic options, topped with either Cajun or Parmesan truffle. It's a must-visit in Avon.

The small truffle fries were only $4 and 1/4 of a lunch bag full the truffle fries are also some of the best I've ever had.

This time I ordered the Schmidt Mac Burger with Parmesan Fries, while my wife had the Wagyu Reuben with a side salad. Every bite was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy with just the right amount of Parmesan, and my wife's Reuben was loaded with flavor. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the food. After our meals were delivered, our server rarely checked back. We were never asked if we wanted another drink, and our water glasses sat empty long enough that we finally had to ask another server for refills. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't the level of service you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. One thing to know before you go--the prices are on the higher side. My burger and Parmesan fries were around $33, so this isn't your average burger joint. That said, the quality of the food helps justify the price. Overall, the kitchen absolutely delivers, and that's why we'll be back. Hopefully this was just an off day for the service staff, because if the front of the house matched the outstanding food coming from the kitchen, Craftsman would easily earn five stars.

There were only four options to choose from! The food was good at least. I enjoyed my cheese pizza and the dessert was pretty good. Also, the inside of the restaurant was pretty clean, especially the bathroom. Overall, decent place and I suggest finding a brewery with a better menu.

Took a bit to get our kids milkshakes but the real bummer was the food. I thought the burgers were one of this places staples but both mine and my wife's were under seasoned, the bun was cold, grilled onions were also cold and barely grilled and just not good which was a disappointment. Avon has lots of roundabouts with very little signage. The front didn't look promising until I noticed the great looking well shaded patio. Walking inside, I was greeted by a large bar with comfortable seating. Up a short flight of stairs was another dining area and the kitchen. Unfortunately, they had only 1 server on a Monday afternoon, so the patio was not available. I was served by Monica. Her manager assisted. I sat in the upper room, starting with a draft of Pacifico. Nice big menu with standards you would expect in a burger place. Most of the customers were locals with a few groups of tourists. I ordered the single (6oz) burger with pepperjack cheese, mushrooms, jalapeños and small side of shoestring truffle fries. The burger came with lettuce, tomato and red onion for no additional charge. Very good burger, cooked medium. I asked Monica about their desserts. She recommended the chocolate cake. I got a large slice with fudge between the layers and on top for only $11. I skipped the vanilla ice cream. As I was paying the bill, I noticed an increasing number of servers arriving. Happy Hour is 2-530pm daily. They have drink specials Mon-Thur with extended hours on Thursday. They add a 4% Living Wage Fee for staff. Clean restrooms.

It was completely dead at 12pm on the Saturday I was there. I ordered a Buddha Bowl with Pork Belly ($25+$8) which definitely reflected the higher prices and cost of living of the greater Vail area. Service was great. Decor was charming. Plenty of parking in spaces right outside. This was my second choice for lunch that day, but now it'll be my go-to whenever I'm here in the future!

We opted to sit inside (instead of the outdoor patio that has a view of the parking lot). The food and cocktail menu was unique Asian Mexican fusion. We ordered the: *Yuzu One For Me - green tea vodka, yuzu, grapefruit mint *Red Harvest - gin, red pepper, mint, chili, lime *Rose Ramen - miso bone broth, pork belly, soft boiled egg*, basil, ginger, scallion, sriracha *Taco Platter - 4 tacos (chose 2 ahi & 2 pork belly) All the portions were very small so if you have a bigger appetite, you should order an appetizer. Ample parking. Staff wasn't very friendly (but they might have been in a hurry to get us to leave since we were the last patrons in there). In a quaint plaza called the Riverwalk. Lots of cute shops, eateries, and a 2 screen movie theater that has a surprisingly large food menu.
