I've eaten here twice and was seated quickly, even with the holiday crowd. I wish they offered their tomato soup regularly on the menu. Currently, they only have one soup option aside from their chili, and if the soup of the day is non-vegetarian, it's tough for vegetarians to find an option. Otherwise, food was decent. The service was quick and efficient.

We were able to get seated right away for our 5:45pm reservation. Asked for a few recommendations from the menu and ended up loving the food. The trout is amazing - crisp skin, flavorful but not overpowering sauce, moist flesh. Hubby loved the game meatloaf - didn't tasty gamey and was a think slice. Another crowd favorite was the duck wings and I can see why. Fried perfectly, amazing sauce. Even more sauces on the plate to mix and match flavors. Enjoyed the mushroom tart as well but if was forced to rank the dishes this would be my 4th.

When I think of this restaurant, all I think about is how flavorful their food is! Everything is delicious! Gave them 4 stars because the steak was cooked medium well when we asked for a medium rare. Either way it was still tasty. The service is decent. Friendly staff. Ambience was nice, small and simple. #honestreview

Went here with a couple local residents from Avon to eat and then hear music in the courtyard. Our server, Denise approached us and brought menus and told us of specials not on the menu and took beverage order. When beverages were delivered, Denise told of the nuances of the specials and sold us on our food choices bread was delivered to the table and kitchen runners brought out our food quite quickly. After a few bites Denise checked on te satisfaction of our choices and we all finished happy

Hubby and I had dinner at Golden Eagle Inn again during our ski trip this year in early March. Nothing fancy at this joint but food is decent, plus good and fast service. We ordered the Baked Brie for appetizer. Hubby had the Grilled Shrimp & Wild Mushroom Risotto which was very tasty and my Gnocchi of Sweet Potato was delicious. This is definitely a solid spot to dine in when visiting. With that said, we will be back next season!

This place is fantastic. FANTASTIC. First, ask for Fred. I was set on getting one of their many options and he gave me a raving review of the elk patty melt. It was such a strong review, I couldn't pass it up. So I tried it, and it was amazing. I didn't put it down. Consequently, you're not going to see a pic of it because I ate it too fast. But... trust me, trust him. You won't be disappointed. I also had the duck wings. My only criticism of them is they only come in 4 to an order. They have a little heat but nothing to slow you down even if you don't like spice. Lastly, check out this bourbon selection. Like real, hard to find, rare bourbons. Any connoisseur would have a field day sipping through their top shelf! Stop in for lunch or Apres!

Amazing as always! What a gem in the Beaver Creek Village. A nice atmosphere, great service, and great food. The menu is very local and they change seasonal. Everything is delicious, you can't go wrong. They have both lunch and dinner menus. We always make reservations just in case.

I was staying at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, about to get lunch in the hotel when we realized how expensive it is and how slow the service was. Thankfully, the Golden Eagle Inn was just steps away, and so much better. Our server was so friendly and attentive. Our food came out very quickly and everyone enjoyed their dishes. While in CO, 2 of us decided to try elk for the first time. My brother enjoyed his elk patty melt and said it was very filling. I had elk tacos and loved them! Tender meat with flavorful toppings. I would definitely say this is an easy dining option right in the heart of downtown Beaver Creek.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. We sat outside and had a wonderful meal. I highly recommend the trout!

We weren't asked if we wanted it split - this made it $25, which was not worth it. I opted for the table side cacio e pepe which was super cheesey and also had delicious pork belly blended in. My husband had the burger which was 2 larger patties combined - we only wished it could've been cooked more medium rare because the flavor of the meat had so much potential! We weren't hungry for dessert but the table next to us got a unique mason jar dessert that looked like it was packed with chocolatey goodness. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing recommendations. We started off with the bread and fondue. The fondue was a big hit with our table, and the cheese was so tasty. The bread was also good, and had a nice unique taste. For mains I tried some of the following: -steak frites: delicious and cooked perfectly, and a huge portion of delicious fries -mussels: definitely a miss, and tasted a bit too salty and the sizes were pretty inconsistent -filet: amazing -mushroom ravioli: absolutely horrible, literally the worst ravioli I've ever had -cacio e pepe: sooo tasty, but tastes was more like carbonara vs a traditional cacio e pepe. I liked the presentation and really loved the pork too. I would definitely recommend sticking with the meats here, as the pasta and seafood were major misses (except the cacio e Pepe was amazing) Overall a solid option for a nicer meal, but not the greatest place ever.

My buddies had beers and I had the winter mule, which was a raspberry/blueberry mule - it was really good. My dining mates shared a bottle of wine at dinner. Our server Petra was very good - attentive, efficient, friendly, and overly and unnecessarily apologetic for something totally immaterial! I went to the hostess to ask for a fork between appetizers and my main. In fact she immediately brought me a complimentary cocktail as a gesture. Our appetizers of lamb meatballs and pickled deviled eggs were outstanding. The meatballs had a Mediterranean flair with some tzatziki sauce, picked and pita bread. The deviled eggs were perfectly creamy and savory - but I can't say I have ever had a bad deviled egg! For mains, two of us had the wagyu tenderloin. Our other dish was the thick cut lamb loin chops. (I forgot to take a pic of my main!) We all opted for the sides of a twice baked potato and broccolini - which were included with our dish. However you could choose a set of sides from any main dish. My steak was a perfect rare and super tender. The potato was a little disappointing - I had expectations of a big fluffy twice baked... it was smallish and maybe a bit stale - I think I got a few bites out of it. Desserts were the toffee cake and crème brûlée. I tried the crème brûlée, which was lit at the table - a nice, but unnecessary touch. I believe it was Bacardi 151, haha. Overall, it was a nice dinner - service was very good, and most of the food was spot on.

The wine list is good, the service is great. Somehow the place was more crowded before the name change - I felt a bit sad to see the place half-empty this time, whereas last time we had to wait for a while to get a seat even on an off-season dinner night.
