The treatment is a bit pricey compared to other orthodontic offices but I rather pay the extra money for the consistent care and routine follow ups. If I had any questions they're more than happy to schedule an appt for a visit just to take a look and ease my mind/pain. 1000% worth the price. The office is really clean and smells fresh. I restarted my invisalign treatment since I stopped half way when I found out I was pregnant. Dr. C is very detail oriented on his care and explains every step. He was a referral from a friend. Now that I have 2 girls myself - I hope he will still be practice by the time they're older if they need treatment!! Highly recommend Dr C and his team.

I did my entire treatment of Invisalign in about a year and a half. I wore braces as a kid and of course never wore my retainer. I make sure to wear my retainer every single night now. Speaking of my retainer...it broke twice on me! The plastic at the top of it was too thin and fragile. The doctor made my third one a little shorter and while it looks a little funny since it only covered half my teeth, it's stronger and hasn't cracked in over a year. I had a root canal and a crown done here at roughly 1/10 the price at a regular dentist. The work was perfect. If anything the dentists are far more careful here than the private practice dentists I've seen. The only real hassle is joining their program, as there's a waiting list. After screening and initial evaluation, they're very thorough and very clear in recommendations. The staffers including front desk check-in are invariably friendly and efficient. It takes a bit longer since the dental students get everything checked over by the instructors. My impression was that the dental students just starting do the less complex tasks and the ones about to graduate get the more complex tasks

Our appointment coordinator has called multiple phone numbers to find out why this surgery has been cancelled so many times without explanation, and she has been unable to reach anyone! Communication from this facility is non-existant. Think we will be sending our residents somewhere else for their dental care!
