I was attempting to purchase two new pairs of glasses self pay as they don't take my insurance but based on her dismissive attitude & refusal to help me at all I left & went elsewhere to but my glasses. It's a shame that Dr. Rau's great service & his staff is negatively impacted by the awful optician. I strongly urge them to get a different optician that matches the office's level of care.

Staff here has always been helpful, especially with my crazy work schedule. Wait times can be hit or miss at this office.
