Peach House is a boutique Pilates studio that offers mat & reformer Pilates, plus additional services like cold plunge and sauna onsite! The not so good- memberships go up to $499 a month which is expensive! Upon arrival to the event I felt very unwelcome. I did however get to experience the sauna for about 15 minutes and enjoyed it! The sauna was overcrowded with people and no one was monitoring it. The event was not well planned out overall and promised "HalfDays swag" to RSVPs and didn't deliver. It would have been nice for someone to give an official tour of Peach House but there was a reformer class going on at the same time as the event which was super confusing.

Interior is cozy and absolutely stunning and decorated so well for someone stepping in to move their body. I really enjoyed the class, the challenge and focus on ensuring my body moved safely while still getting a great workout from my 50 min session. Hydration, bathroom and various amenities were offered and at 6 reformers was the perfect situation in the Village for one on one attention. I look forward to returning and dropping in as everything was great about getting some Pilates movement in my new years goals to start!

Before class, she demonstrated a few moves for me and another newbie. During the class, she made sure she kept us engaged and guided. I'm impressed with her ability to cue and assist while keeping a consistent flow. Additionally: The studio is super cute and in a busy area. Unfortunately the parking is pretty rough so arrive with time to spare. Classes also fill up pretty quickly so keep that in mind when planning your schedule.

I appreciated a couple of the modifications they offered since my lower back wasn't feeling 100%. The one thing I didn't like about this particular location is how many machines they jammed into the studio. I felt like the machines next to me were extremely close and you could barely walk in between each of them. I would have liked more room. If I were traveling again and [solidcore] was the only option for the type of Pilates I normally do back in Florida, then I would go again. She took it easy on me (for now) and tailored the workout just to what I needed that day - easy on the legs, hard on the abs. It's great to have an instructor who's flexible, not sticking to the same routine and will create the workout around what you need that day.
