It's a full gym offering a variety of classes, equipment, and wellness spa, the best part it has been locally owned for 22 years. Castle Hill isn't the prettiest or shiniest gym. She's funky and oddly shaped and full of good energy. As a VIP member you get unlimited group classes! Including Pilates with reformer, towers, and chairs! Plus yoga. Strength training classes. Rebounders. It's all here. I've never seen any other gym anywhere offer so much. Also, the members take care of this place, wiping down equipment, they don't use harsh chemicals either, it's essential oils so the place has a light hint of pine in the air. Also, towel service in included. Although, castle hill fitness isn't the prettiest gym, she has the most heart, I don't feel like a piece of meat in there, and it's kept clean. Def a fan of this place; the staff, and the value.

Peach House is a boutique Pilates studio that offers mat & reformer Pilates, plus additional services like cold plunge and sauna onsite! The not so good- memberships go up to $499 a month which is expensive! Upon arrival to the event I felt very unwelcome. I did however get to experience the sauna for about 15 minutes and enjoyed it! The sauna was overcrowded with people and no one was monitoring it. The event was not well planned out overall and promised "HalfDays swag" to RSVPs and didn't deliver. It would have been nice for someone to give an official tour of Peach House but there was a reformer class going on at the same time as the event which was super confusing.

I appreciated a couple of the modifications they offered since my lower back wasn't feeling 100%. The one thing I didn't like about this particular location is how many machines they jammed into the studio. I felt like the machines next to me were extremely close and you could barely walk in between each of them. I would have liked more room. If I were traveling again and [solidcore] was the only option for the type of Pilates I normally do back in Florida, then I would go again. Class: The class was good...it challenged me and went by quickly. I was more toward the back so it was difficult to follow some of the instructors movements. She took it easy on me (for now) and tailored the workout just to what I needed that day - easy on the legs, hard on the abs. It's great to have an instructor who's flexible, not sticking to the same routine and will create the workout around what you need that day. The facility is in a good location, easy to get to, easy to park at and all of her equipment is in great shape (hah). I've been 100 times and it's always different. They also have TRX classes which are actually a very very good workout. Instructors are all good. Don't be scared of parking! They validate for the garage right behind. Sometimes mid day it's full. I have parked in 15 minute parking and been fine. Street parking is good for early morning classes.

She was very interactive in the class and was constantly talking. Studio is clean and well maintained. The studios late policy is quite strict. If you are later than 3 minutes (on the dot) your class will be forfeited. If you cancel late, your class will be forfeited. They are quite open about this, so I recommend reading the rules/conditions so that there are no surprises.

I had never taken a Pilates class before Pure, and have never strayed from Pure since. I'm HOOKED! I surprised myself at how natural I felt on the machine and my practice only continues to become more intense. My body LOVES the slow mind to body movements, and while my focus has been on health and strength, as a result I've also dropped 15lbs in the last year.
