What's worse is that some of the services in these packages must be completed within a short time frame, yet it's nearly impossible to book enough sessions to finish them. I felt misled after spending a significant amount of money on something I realistically couldn't use as promised. The staff may be friendly, but the business model feels poorly managed and not transparent. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about scheduling and availability before purchasing anything here. I paid thousands for a package I will never get and they don't do refunds.
