I showed him a photo of a poison ivy vines and was given something entirely different not even resembling what I asked for. when I expressed my disappointment he told me to trust the process and shading would fix it, it did not. Even beyond the fact it's not what I asked for, that tattoo sucks, the quality is lacking and i am extremely dissatisfied. Further beyond that my service dog was denied entry for future reference. Under federal law he is legally required entry and protected by the federal disability act. overall experience was horrible and I cannot stress enough about the lack of quality from this shop. Just responding to the owners concerns- Whether his license is valid or not is neither here nor there, that is just what I was told, it is none of my concern now, but I do believe it should be a shared concern. My boyfriend has text where he asked for HIS personal work and we were shown the said reference photos that were in fact not his. And during the tattoo appointment I did express that I was not happy with the design but was told to "trust the process" As far as my service dog, he was redirected because he is in TRAINING. He was under the chair so he would be out of the way. And I did provide his license even though I am not required. I understand the sanitation issue which is why I respectfully did return but it doesn't mean I am all that happy with the disregarding of his training process. PISS poor communication. they stole our $100 in combined deposits. i wouldn't be surprised... these people are probably just extremely prejudiced and unhappy. i might avoid this place if you are an at-risk, or otherwise marginalized person. i could see them pulling something way shadier/crueler given the opportunity. maybe it's methamphetamine?

There are a ton of workers also. About 30m after opening almost all the nail stations were full! There is a cute nail bar and a lot of pedicure chairs also. Everyone was very nice, helpful and welcoming!
